Trinity Roofing provided an excellent roof replacement job this morning. They showed up on time with an enthusiastic team that didn't stop all morning finishing our two houses which are side by side. Beautiful OC premium quality shingles that should add great value to our homes in the coming years. I can’t say enough good things about TRINRTY RESTORATION & ROOFING. Titus, a very informed professional and knowledgeable individual, is blessed with an abundance of patience and integrity. Originally, when we presented our claim to the Insurance Company, we were instructed to seek their (Insurance Company’s) preferred and recommended contractor, which proved to be a joke. After a period of time the INSURANCE COMPANY preferred contractor (name not to be highlighted) never followed up after their initial assessment. After two weeks of waiting on this preferred contractor, I reached back out to my INSURANCE COMPANY to seek alternatives. They (the INSURANCE COMPANY) replied ABSOLUTELY!!! Long story short, TRINTY RESTORATION & ROOFING proved to be the right choice, the best choice. Something I wish I had initially acted upon from the beginning was to hire TRINITY originally instead of wasting time with the INSURANCE COMPANY’s preferred contractor who proved they were not trustworthy. TRINTY has proven from the start to be HONORABLE and TRUSTWORTHY! Their employees (INSTALLERS of our roof) are very courteous, reliable, respectful, diligent hard-working individuals. If you want RELIABILITY and FOLLOW THROUGH, save yourself time and grief, learn from my experience and just hire TRINITY RESTORATION and ROOFING.

Jaimelyn and Chad Brooks did such a great job explaining everything in detail of the process of the roofing project. They handled all insurance claims, came out to the house several times to manage the project. The roofing team did a great job on the roof and the clean up. It was refreshing to hear how great and honest Trinity sets up their business model. I talked with Jaimelyn tonight . She was very informative on the aspects of roofing and repairs. Being a retired home inspecter she brought up a few things that I wasn't aware of , as to changes in roofing and repairs. Prior to 2013 drip was not a code requirement in the state of Tennessee , but it is now which is something i wasnt aware of . Her knowledge and profesionalisn manner was very impresive and I will recommend Trinity to my network of former clients, friends and neighbors.

I met Paul Villarreal when he was doing free roof inspections in my neighborhood. So far, he has replaced a vent collar and a single three tab shingle for me…and did it for free. He went to the mat with my insurance company on two separate roof damage claims. His lack of success was not due to any lack of knowledge, professionalism or tenacity, just State Farm’s bad faith, which is getting them fired. I wish I could get a roof from Paul. Just going to buy a new house instead.

They did a great job! My only complaint is, upon arriving they never gave us a chance to get our cars out of the garage. Our schedules had to be adjusted. We did get our cars out at a very reasonable time. Overall 5*’s

Quick and easy, worked with Andrew on my house’s roof. No complaints on my end besides having a huge mess left over in my sub attic (I think that’s what it’s called) due to the roof getting removed and having debris fall into the things I had there as storage. I was not told when they would be coming so did not have time to prep that area.

Roof replacement done quickly and professionally. Andrew Pagnozzi and Scott Sterling both went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Paul and Andrew were very professional in helping me process my insurance claim. It was incredible how fast they were able to work and replace the roof given the square footage. I really enjoyed the fact that they took great care to protect the plants around the foundation of the house from damage as they worked, and they even use magnets to pick up all the nails and other potentially sharp debris that falls down as they do their work keeping my kids and dogs safe in the yard.
