We've had an excellent experience with Chris at Underdog. He's been responsive and helpful and answered all of our questions. They are experienced in working with insurance as well and they were efficient and clean on the day roof replacement. We will continue to recommend!

Chris and Vaughn came by my house in Franklin, TN to investigate a water leak in ceiling. They found the source of the leak in the attic. On the roof, it was determined that there was a small crack in the exhaust tubing. Chris put sealant on the crack, as well as around the tube where it meets the roof. There was no charge for the fix.

I noticed a few shingles lifted and called Underdog Roofing for an estimate. Chris arrived on time the next day and was extremely polite and professional. After inspecting the roof, he did the repair free of charge! I would highly recommend Underdog Roofing to anyone.

Had a leak that I couldn't find the culprit to. Scheduled a call with them late in the evening and they came out promptly, early next morning, on time as scheduled. Super friendly, super professional. They provided detailed pictures for insurance purposes and were able to narrow down my search window. Luckily it wasn't the roof or siding but I wouldn't have known that without their help. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Chris from Underdog Roofing. They were extremely timely—someone came out to assess my roof repair within just a few hours of my call. Chris was incredibly helpful, professional, and time-efficient. He clearly explained the repair plan and had everything fixed in under an hour. They were able to patch the leak just in time before more rain rolled in, and I’m extremely grateful for their quick response and quality work. I'd like to say that these guys are great but unfortunately everything they've told me has not happened.
Their finance company they suggested was a waste of time, the estimator that came out would not correct the estimate for the insurance company and then came back and looked at the wrong building, and now I can't even get them to return a message or a phone call now that I'm ready to get the work done and don't need financing.
Needless to say I have no idea the quality of work that they do, but I can only imagine.
There's a lot of roofing companies out there, just saying.

Taylor and his team put on a new roof for us and did an excellent job in one day, also did a couple extra things for us at no charge. The price was very reasonable. Lower than two other companies I compared them to. Very professional and gave us detailed pictures as they worked. I would highly recommend them

I initially contracted with another well known company who basically screwed me over. We had several projects going on at the house and it threw problems in the whole process.

Chris from Underdog Roofing came out after we had hail damage. He found damage to the siding also. I was concerned about damage to our new gutters and guards, but the workers were very careful and got the job done without any issues. There were a couple of delays due to the holidays and bad weather, but the roof and siding were done in timely fashion and with little disruption to our lives. Jesse at Underdog was phenomenal from our first contact through our completed roof. In fact, when our rental property needed a new roof, I knew exactly who to call. He helped with our claim, met with the insurance company and helped ensure we got what we were entitled to. Both times, the crews were respectful of our properties when the new roofs were put on and left the ground clean and clear of debris. All around we’ve had positive experiences with Underdog, especially Jesse, and confidently recommend them when we hear friends in need of a roof.

Chris and team at Underdog are just tremendous! I called them based off their strong reviews to come and check out a pesky gutter issue and roof leak I’ve been having.

They fixed the gutter (it was an easy and quick fix) and came back with more guys and eyes to really try and figure out the roof leak. Before recommending a costly rip up and repair, they sealed what they thought was likely the root cause (a window gap that was leaking) and didn’t charge me. In nashville in particular, more and more contractors are out to charge you for the sake of it, not these guys. Truly first rate people who I will be calling when I need the whole darn roof done. Good business isn’t dead!

I was very happy with my experience with Underdog Roofing. After hail damage in May, I was able to get an inspection, insurance adjuster visit, and estimate all within a couple of day after reaching out. This company doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating. Coming from a homeowner and someone who worked there they are not a group of people who are knowledgeable in the roofing industry or know how to properly run a business. They are a family who was given some money and now they want to play business owner. If you are considering working for them be prepared to not get any of your jobs put on the board as Jesse will make sure his are first so you will constantly be fighting to survive financially as your jobs are not getting started. They will drag their feet and not get estimates to you in a timely manner. Not to mention you will have angry homeowners because the process is taking too long. Jesse is the puppet master of the company. If you are a homeowner, be prepared for the company to cut corners and not own up to their mistakes. You will end up frustrated and unhappy with the whole process. They will place blame on others even the ones who have nothing to do with the process as long as it keeps them from being held responsible. At the end of the day they love holding unproductive meetings, taking up their sales team's time away from assisting new customers, and continuously fail at productive communication with employees and customers. They are about their image more than quality of work or setting up their employees for success. With so many roofing companies available I would highly suggest not getting into bed with this one.

I agree with all the great reviews! A leak developed after a hard day's rain, and Chase came that same day to check it out. He inspected inside and out, finding it to be only a minor fix -- a loose shingle -- which he patched in 10 minutes, at no charge! Friendly, fast, efficient, I'll definitely call on Underdog Roofing again for any future problems.

From start to finish, the level of customer service was impeccable. What I thought would be a whole roof replacement, turned out to be minor. They were able to find my leaks, patch them, and advised that I didn’t need a new roof. But you can bet when I need one I’m calling Underdog!

We just used underdog roofing to replace our roof and gutters! Jesse was fantastic and great to work with! He came out for the inspection let us know everything he was doing and the process we would have to go through. He also came out during installation and once it was completed! Paul, the project manager, was very helpful and easy to find the day of if we needed anything! Highly recommend!

Always helpful, even with the smallest of repairs. Replaced three vent boots at a reasonable price. Months later, noticed a missing shingle (unrelated) and they repaired at no charge.

Underdog Roofing helped me with a couple of jobs recently and I can't speak highly enough about them. Finding contractors these days that are professional, courteous, responsive, and at a reasonable price seems impossible, but I found Underdog to meet all those attributes. When it comes right down to it, you just never know. I researched roofing companies. I talked to friends. I read so many reviews. I chose Underdog Roofing and hoped for the best. Let me tell you that they were the best. They worked with our insurance company to get the roof paid for which was unbelievable. Our insurance company is notorious for denying claims. They were very thorough and patient in all their explanations. I will recommend them to anyone! We are more than pleased with the entire experience!

I can honestly say that Underdog Roofing is the best roofing contractor I have ever dealt with. We have owned six homes in our married life and all of the roofing companies we have dealt have been excellent. The following is why we say Underdog Roofing is the best. We had five days to have repairs completed before the new owner closed with us. Underdog took the job on and by the end of the day (a Friday) they had the work completed. Closing was then done on the next Tuesday, 5 days later. Thank you Underdog and all the workers! Readers, that is why we say they are the best.

Though we have a big house and a huge roof they got the job done in one day due to exact loading, preparing and a professional crew (not folks hired for the job).
