We needed a quick turn around on our kitchen renovation and bedroom addition with another baby on the way. Nic was good at getting things done and having us back in a functional house as promised! He was also great at adjusting to modifications or changes that needed to be made along the way!

Southern Heartland contractors took great pride in their work, as the finished wood flooring made the room appear spacious, and contemporaneous. The staff even moved the furniture back in place after after finishing the floors.

I have used Southern Heartland several times for all sorts of jobs and have been very pleased with their work and customer service. They are very responsive and the work gets done quickly. There hasn’t been anything I’ve asked to be done, that Nic couldn’t accommodate.

I can't speak highly enough about Nic and his team. From professionalism, communication, punctuality and honesty they had everything needed to turn around my experience after dealing with a nightmare from insurance. Once he had the okay they went above and beyond to complete everything quickly while ensuring the work was well done and they made sure no detail was too small in rebuilding so much of my home. Not being from Tennessee originally it's great to know a contractor I can trust for future projects and will be sure to return to them for any future needs and have recommended Southern Heartland to all of my friends and family.

Nick and his crew were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish on my kitchen rennovation! Two years ago, I bought a flipped home that needed some work done on the kitchen floors as they were popping up in places and not even. I also was interested in adding some cabinets for additional storage.

During the quoting process Nick took the time to come out to my home, understand my concerns, and even crawled around in my crawlspace to confirm his suspicions. His pricing + proposal was beyond fair and addressed my issues vs. trying to get me to spend tens of thousands of dollars to rip everything out and start over.

Before confirming the proposal, Nick had his cabinet and foundation/flooring folks come out (for free) to meaure and inspect the issues. On top of that, he initially stated that he was booking 2-3 weeks out but was able to get me in that next week due to the cabinet contact being able to get my cabinets the following DAY! Nick shifted other projects around to get my project prioritized.

Nick was flexible with allowing me a few extra days to get my desposit in (due to the expedited timeline) and was really great to work with. He called and sent photos every day from the house and was super responsive to my questions. I even received several Facetime calls to confirm the size and placing of my cabinet hardware!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nick and his subcontractors. We love our new kitchen and fixed flooring - we couldn't be happier - 10000/10 stars!!!!

Nic and his team are very nice and professional. They came right in and got the work done in a reasonable time duration. He said it would take a day but they were done within a few hours. They did a remarkable job. I highly recommend them.

Nic explained the process for reconstruction in our bathroom honestly. He was very encouraging as he worked with us to stay within our budget and helped us understand the process. The work was done quickly and well! We loved working with this company!
