Southern Guard Roofing replaced my roof and they did an amazing job. Representative Vince Green was very knowledgeable of the process from beginning to end. He assisted with every step. He continuously checked with me to make sure that everything was going as planned. The process from beginning to end was seamless and took approximately 3 weeks, that was with a delay due to rain. I highly recommend Vince Green and Southern Guard Roofing. My roof looks GREAT.

Southern guard roofing did my grandmother's roof. It was was least stressful situation she has ever dealt with. After the storms came through the whole neighborhood was a wreck. I was walking to check the mail and seen somebody on a roof across the street. When he saw me we waved at each other and he pointed and said he would be over to check mine out next. Of course I was okay with that but I did not have enough damage for him to file a claim. Which is great news! But since that day he has checked back with me and came and given me an inspection after every big storm we've had. Five star customer service from this guy! Southern guard Roofing is great! Robert came out and inspected my roof, but there wasn't enough damage to file a claim. Customer service was great, I definitely know who to call for my roofing needs from now on.

Robert did an excellent job working with our insurance to make this process as easy as possible . He explained the necessary steps to get our roof replaced and up to current building codes . We look forward to having to this work being done .

Robert came to my house because of a roof leak. While inspecting the roof he found storm damage and suggested we get with my insurance company. The adjuster came out and met with Robert and agreed with what he found. The insurance company agreed to replace my roof. Robert and the adjuster handled eveything from there. The crew came out and completed the entire roof in one long day. The process was so easy because I only had to deal with Robert.
Robert and the adjuster agreed on the cost so I didn't even have to talk to any other roofing companies. I can't thank him enough for making this process so easy. The roof looks great and the clean up made it look like nothing ever happened. I highly recommend them.

Robert and Will at Southern Guard Roofing are really nice and treated me like they would treat family. I call them my nephews! I had a difficult case which had been denied by my insurance and it was very stressful for me. But their company is tenacious and very persistent !! And guess what, after two claims being denied, they managed to get me approved for a new roof!! Two other companies had tried before them and couldn’t get it done. I’m very happy to recommend them as they genuinely care. SGR is a vibrant company. They don’t give up!!

Well, this company was a referral because I couldn't seem to find anyone who would go through the insurance. When I meet Robert he was courteous. We had a great experience with southern guard roofing from start to finish. Our roof was damaged in a recent storm and Blade was our first contact. He was excellent and was with us every step of the way including helping us get insurance to pay for the entire roof replacement which is the most daunting part. Everything went smoothly as planned and we were even able to upgrade our shingles to a much higher quality for just a few hundred out of pocket, well worth that upgrade. Blade and Christian explained everything very well and were available the entire process. Could not be more happy with our experience given this was the first time we’ve dealt with getting a roof replaced. And because I was very delayed in writing this review I am also able to say that southern guard 100% stands by their product and their work. With another recent storm, we noticed an issue with a small leak in the bathroom ceiling vent. The same day I reached out to their team again they were able to send a team out not even a few hours later. They did a thorough attic and roof inspection and found the one shingle that was the cause of our problem and repaired it on the spot for no charge because they stand by their work! I highly recommend them and could not be happier with our experience

We recently had our roof replaced by Southern Guard Roofing. I was amazed they finished in one day and did an outstanding job. The process went so smooth because of Zach. He helped us pick the right roof shingle type and color to make our house look great. He has a low pressure approach that made us feel comfortable. He continued to keep us updated as our insurance claim processed. He keeps in touch to make sure we are still happy with our roof so the Southern Guard team stands behind their work.

I talked with several different guys during my dealings with SGR. Everyone was easy to talk to and explained each step of the installation. The best thing is they did what they said they would do, sadly not something easily found in the service world anymore.

We used Southern Guard Roofing to replace a damaged roof. Robert whom we stayed in contact with throughout the entire process, helped us to get our insurance company to approve the damages to the roof. We are getting our new roof this week. His partner Rachael was instrumental in the process also. They worked very well together. We are pleased with the whole process and would recommend this company and team for your roofing needs. Will and Robert have been helping me get a new roof and I couldn’t be more appreciative! They are incredibly professional and great with communication. The insurance company tried to only cover part of the damages and even when I said I was probably going to pay out of pocket for the rest, Will and Robert still fought and won to get the insurance company to do their job and cover my full roof. Highly recommend SGR and had a wonderful experience from the time I met Christian and his team until the completion of my new roof yesterday. These guys are top notch professionals and they were there to support me through the tedious process navigating the insurance storm damage claim. I was denied by my insurance company two times before SGR stepped in and helped provide the detailed information my insurance company needed for the hail/storm damage to my roof.
