I don’t usually leave bad reviews but definitely disappointed with seeing how my floors have turned out 3 years later after installation by Southern Elite. If you’re getting your floors done by them, my advice is to make sure they take up the bottom layer and don’t do a half assed job because you will suffer in the end. Now I have to get them redone and they of course reminded me of the 1-year warranty which was no longer valid. So please be mindful of that. As a first time homeowner I was naive and I won’t be again. Do your research, ask questions and get second opinions.

S.E.C. Inc completed the water damage repairs in my home with the utmost care. The repairs looked like there wasn't any damages at all. I want to thank Joey Peters and his team for their attention to detail quick turnaround.

Their communication skills are second to none, always responded almost immediately whenever I had a question or concern. And the quality and craftsmanship were amazing. Great prices and overall an amazing company to do business with! You won’t find a better One Stop Contracter! I highly recommend.
