This was a great experience. They were as mentioned above very professional, showed up on time, make picking materials easy, and I WAS ABLE TO DO THE MAIN PROCESS ONLINE WITH THEM WHICH DID NOT REQUIRE ME TO HAVE A SPOUSE'S APPROVAL! I stress that because, although I stressed to others that I am paying cash and it is my roof and I know exactly what I wanted, THEY WOULD NOT LISTEN, and thus refused to consider the job. Their loss. Southern Construction & Roofing (SCR) was professional both administratively and with the actual roof replacement. The roofer were very nice people. They protected our home around the house with tarp to protect our shrubs, flowers, etc. The owner had our door and shutters painted at no charge because we are parents of the manager. The owner came to check things out before they got started. A supervisor was there until the job was done! Great work, SCR. I, definitely, recommend them!

The process from start to finish was amazing. They offered me financing in case my insurance company denied my claim. However, my insurance company approved my claim, but left some stuff out of the estimate, but Southern Construction and Roofing took care of it by reaching out to them. I highly recommend this company. Very professional, reliable, and attentive to details.

Raymond took excellent care of me through the negotiations process. The owner, Kirk, personally came out and inspected my roof. They were by far the most professional of all the roofing companies I encountered. I love the fact that they educated their customers and use quality products.
