Southeast Restoration did a fabulous job clearing out moldy drywall and cabinets from our water damaged kitchen. They took time to explain what they were doing and why; and even were patient with my curious cat. Dylan and Larry were fantastic during the entire process and I’d encourage anyone with water damage to give Southeast Restoration a call.

These guys went above and beyond after I had my sink leak. They arrived fast and I know the damage was not as severe as it could have been because they started drying everything so quickly!

They did a great job for me. Very professional and efficient and their work was excellent. Every employee I dealt with was top-notch!

Southeast restoration did an amazing job in restoring My house after a kitchen fire. Scott and Jeremy went above and beyond to keep me updated while managing different teams involved from initital clean out post fire, to the painting crew, cabinetry set up, to the flooring crew, pack out company and plumbing. I was able to select cabinetry and countertops with companies that they recommended.

Hector and his crew did an amazing job with painting my house and setting the cabinets. They worked very hard to get everything done so nicely.
Victor and his team of men did excellent work on my floor throughout the house.
Jim, the plumber hooked everything up so nicely and by installing the pipes correctly to begin with, my dishwasher is finally working properly.

Southeast Restoration Mr. Scott and Mr. Jermany took excellent care of my water problems from very beginning to the end. They kept me notified of everything. Southeast Restoration is incredible! We had water damage from a busted line in our upstairs toilet that damaged the upstairs flooring and the downstairs living room ceiling. Their Demolition Control Crew and their Damage Control Crew were very, very competent and very, very nice. They took the time to explain everything and always keep in contact with me about when they were going to show up to work. Scott and Jeremy were my project managers and they were pleasant, communicative, and flexible. The quality of the workers they sent was top-notch, always cleaned up after themselves, did very professional work in days not weeks. I have nothing bad to say about these guys, they were fantastic - the repairs on our bathroom involved new tile, new toilets, sheet rock work, and paint.

The sheetrock guys left almost no dust and even mopped the floors before they left, And the painters were specifically excellent, quickly covering everything in plastic, and I didn't have to move anything. Except for the new paint you couldn't even tell they were there. They repaired or replaced moldings so that things were better than before.

The circumstances of water damage at our home was certainly not ideal. However, working with Southeast Restoration made it a lot easier to get through. Jeremy was our project manager and was easy to get in touch with, pleasant, and really seemed to advocate for us throughout the entire project. Throughout each stage of the way, from deconstruction, to painting, to carpeting, we were placed with respectful and hardworking professionals. The final result is better than before! We used Southeast as our general contractor for a water leak that turned into a floor and kitchen cabinet remodel. While it started with many nerves, everyone at Southeast proved there was nothing to worry about. The mitigation team created a strong first impression and took a lot of care to contain the damage and protect what was salvageable. We couldn’t be any happier with how well it turned out. It was a good sized job. At every turn the communication, professionalism and consultative pieces were top notch. The craftsmanship and attention to detail on the actual work was also incredible. These guys take a lot of pride, personal responsibility and accountability for their work. As a woodworking hobbyist, I was very impressed. Can’t recommend them enough!

I returned to my home after caring for my father for two weeks to find my water heater had ruptured. My hardwood floors were buckling and I didn’t even know where to start. We hired Southeast to help us navigate through a difficult situation after our pipes froze and broke. We were out of town and had Nick come out and take the situation over to begin the remediation of the water. Southeast began immediate action to save as much as possible and secure the home from being taken over by mold. The communication between the team and us being out of town was very reassuring that we made the right choice in hiring Southeast. Nick handed us over to Harrison who was working with us and Allstate on the posses of rebuilding the house back to its pre flood condition. Harrison was very instrumental in dealing with a very hard to work with adjuster in getting us the best outcome as possible. We now are working with Keven on the actual rebuilding posses and like Harrison and Nick we are getting constant updates and working through some changes. There are more people who i met with from Southeast
and i don't know all there name but but this company has your best interest in mind and will do what ever they can to help.

I had a tree line fall on my house on Friday afternoon . Southeast Restoration was have the tree removed and the area cleaned up on Monday since there no roof damage.

After a recent water leak the Southeast Restorations guys showed up quickly to access and address all of the mitigation needs. Not only were all the guys very professional and friendly they explained the process to us very well and let us know how the days would look in the coming weeks for all the repairs. The guys were very thorough and made sure to clean up the best they could in the situation after every step of the process . I highly recommend this company with any restoration and mitigation need.

Southeast was great. We had a leak in our finished basement requiring replacement of flooring, portions of baseboard and painting. Communication was prompt and clear and the dealings were honest. Their contractor provided a perfect install and left a clean job site behind. Bravo and recommended!

The guys are goooood-lookin'. You don't need any other reason, seriously. You wake up in the morning, forget to make coffee, your paycheck didn't deposit in the bank, everybody's dirty dishes still sittin' in the sink and you discover water damage throughout the panic room. Update: The guys have SKILLS. They managed and completed their jobs with finesse, proficiency and compassion. The organization and cleanup alone were impressive. What could have been stress-inducing days, was met instead with personability, humor and expedition. It bears repeating, if there was a Mr. American pageant (and there really needs to be), these guys would win in both talent and beauty (and Larry, you know I mean you). Who could even say no to a Christmas calendar... but I digress. The bottom line is, in all areas, excellence is there number one pursuit. I'll update after the repairs are complete.

Southeast Restoration did a fantastic job doing water mitigation after a burst pipe and then replace all of our first floors flooring. They actually notified us that the flooring we had in the home was no longer allowed to be sold in the US due to carcinogenic elements. They worked with our homeowners insurance to get all the old flooring replaced. They got the job done quickly and very well. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done. Chad and Scott were especially helpful anytime I had a question.

We had a dishwasher leak that necessitated a kitchen renovation. I was impressed with the restoration side as they were able to save our hardwood floors. Our project managers were easy to work with and very responsive. Everyone we worked with was kind, honest, and respectful.

I highly recommend Southeast Restoration to anyone needing help with damage to their homes. My condo was under contract to sell, and a water leak damaged the floors and cabinets. Very quickly after Southeast Restoration was called, Nick and crew were on site, evaluating the damages. Nick explained the water mitigation services needed, and he was very sympathetic to the need for fast action. He handled everything about the insurance claim, and he and his crew made sure that every necessary step was done. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and completed the job in a timely manner.
Upon completion of the water mitigation, Nick referred me to Thomas in another department of the company that handles reconstruction. Thomas was on site as soon as Nick finished his assignment. Thomas took charge and worked with the insurance adjuster. He kept me informed every step of the way. He, too, was very knowledgeable and professional, and he understood the need for a speedy resolution.

Water Damage to Kitchen Hardwood Floors (Insurance Claim)…..it’s amazing what a pinhole misting leak from the water supply to refrigerator ice machine can do to your home. It took out our entire hardwood floor in the kitchen, damaged cabinets, walls, base boards. I called three different restoration/water mitigation companies for assessments. I am so incredibly thankful that we chose Southeast Restoration. Nick and his crew (Dylan, Micheal, Owen) took excellent care of us through the process. Informative, professional, well mannered, sympathetic, responsible……all of the things you need as a home owner whose kitchen is completely torn apart, with a wife/kid/2 dogs living in the home. Is water damage to the home a stressful experience- YES. Did Southeastern make is less stressful and lower the anxiety level in our home- YES! Also need to mention their text line company communication is extremely reliable and efficient. Fast response times. Nicole at the main office does an excellent job coordinating the schedule and all necessary communication. We are now working with the repair/restoration team to get our kitchen and house back to normal conditions.
