After waiting 1 year to get them to finish the 30 day walk through items, we discovered that they screwed up the brick on the back of the house and we now have water damage in our wall, on the trim and in our floor. It took another year to get the floor replaced from the damage and we still have mold in the trim and they want to just paint over it instead of replacing the $3 trim.
Very unprofessional, they lie and do very poor quality work. If we can get anyone to respond or show up they all blame shift and do nothing.

We love our home, but it has multiple issues. I sent Bluesky an email over a month ago about these issues, and I still haven't heard from anyone. My home has some type of electrical problem in which a light switch will turn off another light in a different room. Our irrigation system hasn’t worked in over seven weeks. The HOA is none existing. They will not return emails or phone calls but will send a letter if you forget to send a 135.00 payment. One of our bathtubs has a judge defect, which we brought up before and is still not fixed. Our master shower has had a crack going up the wall since we moved in almost a year ago. We have been told that someone will come out to fix it.

We purchased a home in the early stages of building so we worked closely with Brian Burns and Blue Sky Construction for the entire process. Brian and his foreman Tim are always available and met with me many times throughout to make sure we were on the “same page” with choices and ideas. Having never built a home before and not understanding many things, he was always very helpful and kind which made it so enjoyable! I highly recommend Brian Burns to build you a beautiful quality home you will absolutely love!

For each buyer, the process begins prior to the start. It begins with the contract signing to the design selections until the close of the home. The steps taken on a daily basis creates the value in a builder. Blue Sky takes those steps each day to create a product that is high quality.
