I would probably not recommend this company due to their lack of response and not being professional.

I had a great experience with R3. I called them on a Monday and had an affordable bid by the end of the day. They stopped the water coming in that same day and when the storm cleared they made the repairs right away. I was surprised that I didn’t have to hound them to come back. Great guys!

Had tile put in on Kitchen floor and now the grout is loose and broken, cannot get them to come out for a estimate to fix it. The grout lasted about a year and is crumbling. I had called for the last 3 months with no luck. says they will call and never heard back. Not very professional. I would no recommend this business.

We had them out to look at a leak in our roof on Tuesday March 23, 2021. The adjuster said that it would be much cheaper to just find a handyman to do the repairs. I expressed the difficulty on getting a handyman to come out to our house because of all the work in Rutherford county. He said he would have us a quote no later than the next day but yet to hear ANYTHING back yet. Also, the lady my wife first spoke with lost our information the first time we reached out to them. I would probably not recommend this company to anyone due too their lack of response and not being professional.

Had my floor tore up for over 4 months job still isn’t complete and when I pointed out obvious details mike linton states it’s not his problem. It wasn’t in the bid. Very rude and unprofessional. Won’t recommend this company to anyone. They left my half bath on my patio since Friday afternoon. Still all sitting there toilet, sink. Ect. Whole experience was horrible. Communication horrible. VERY Bad experience.

My husband and I can't not say enough about how amazing this company has been. Our lead guy Mike came in took over our project and made our experience amazing. The contractors had a job ahead of them. Every night we come home they have picked up after theirselves. Thank you R3 for all you have done.. what an amazing company!!!!
