Greg is the best! He’s so very thorough and takes his time to explain every thing if you’re on site during the inspection. Didn’t even bother him at all that I brought my father along to do the “Dad” thing! The report was easy to understand and the photo/video documentation was spot on. The turn around time for the report was FAST! The price was great. For a first time home buyer , this aspect of the deal was a breeze! Thanks Greg! Highly recommend!i
