South-West replaced our old roof in 2 days - removed the old shingles and put on the new shingles and ridge caps. We were very pleased that the estimate listed exactly what work was going to be performed, the materials to be used, and that the old shingles would be removed off site. The installers were very professional - polite, did not swear all day, no loud music. They cleaned up the yard after themselves, even checking for nails. We highly recommend this company based on our experience.

The job took two days for our house to be completed. First day was the power washing. Brian was great. Very efficient. He made sure the gutters were clean and then carefully sprayed and cleaned up the gardens (as well as the neighbour's). On day 2, the crew (2 guys) removed and replaced the bad shingles and ridge caps. In the afternoon, the UV treatment was applied. The restored roof looks new again, and we are absolutely thrilled with it. Communication with Alan, Ian and crew was easy. Highly recommend. 5/5
