So wonderful! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Shout out to Spenser and Jordan for being so meticulous and careful with our property. The future advice they gave us and the, "Well if I lived there I'd..." input was exactly what we were looking for. The cherry on the top was when Jordan cleaned our glass awning that covers our front door for NO reason, just out of pure kindness. It was a great surprise. We will definitely be using this company in the future, and we will recommend them to everyone. Thank you!

Mrs. Spencer really took care of us. I was a hot mess trying to get things done to sell our home. They did moss removal on our townhouse roof which is 3 stories. They also soft washed the siding, deck, and pavement and did a fantastic job with everything. I had called a couple of others prior to Sssw And they were not interested in the job but willing to take as much money as possible. Mrs. Spencer called me back and not only were they eager to take the job, they did NOT ask for 3 times what the job was worth. Honesty goes A LONG WAY! THANK YOU SOUTH SOUND SOFT WASH!4

My father’s house had not been washed ever in my memory. A metal roof, block house, concrete walkways that were moss covered.

This service provider was excellent. They cleaned my brick wall and patio.
The men who did the work were careful of plants and did a thorough job. I would definitely hire them again. Office person was accommodating and pleasant to work with.

South Sound Softwash did a great job, were very professional, and able to do the entire roof for moss cleaning/treatment as well as a thorough cleaning of our gutters! All of this in addition to having the most competitive bid! Would definitely recommend them for any roof cleaning project large or small. Excellent job!

They came to help us on short notice with siding cleaning, in prep for a home sale. Very professional and thorough. They took care to protect our foundation plantings. Friendly and communicative. So pleased with their work.

The only company that did a great job with a roof with solar panels, most other don't want to get close to them.

The two man crew showed up on-time and worked continuously for about 5-6 hours. They were polite and addressed my questions and concerns. I was impressed with the amount of debris they removed from my roof and the moss treatment afterwords. Only negative was they cracked one roof tile however they told me about it and sealed it before leaving. The other negative was a storm managed to replace quite a bit of their hard work the next couple days but I guess that’s out of their hands. We will see if the moss stays away but they guarantee that it will, I believe for 2 years. I recommend their services.

We have a very high steep roofed home that has been overdue for moss removal. I had a couple of easy discussions on the phone about what I wanted. I got a quick estimate. We decided to go ahead and have the work done. They came out to get a look at the job before just sending out the crew. I like that very much. The crew came out and did an excellent and quick job. I was impressed.

We have a tile roof at our duplex rental and it can be a real moss magnet! We waited for the leaves to drop also so it was a big job. Of course, the gutters were full. The crew a 2 amazing hard working guys showed up on time. They did an incredible job on that nasty roof! They cleaned up the grounds afterwards, then washed all the windows! Everything looks fantastic. 5 stars for sure. We’ll use they’re services again. Highly recommended!

They did a totally awesome job washing my house, it looks like a new paint job! They communicated well, were on time and took care not to damage plantings! I'll have them back in a year!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I HAD EVERY STRUCTURE cleaned of dirt and Moss. Roof, siding driveway both large porches and sidewalks, SS Soft washed at a reasonable price. It has been 6 months and I am still very happy with the results. This was a way better solution than pressure washing which at the time I thought was the way to remove moss. I am glad I used South Sound Soft Wash

The team sent to clean my roof were very courteous, careful and communicative! They did an excellent job and were kind enough to explain everything they did. I will definitely be using South Sound Softwash again when my roof and gutters need further cleaning!

I'm furious! I asked for two quotes when Rebecca came to look at my house because I wasn't really planning on getting my widows done. Well, I received one detailed quote, which would have been fine but, because I don't want my windows done, they are taking that amount off but then they are adding 10%! On a $1300 job, that is just plain ridiculous!!!

Jim and the guys did a great job at both our primary residence and the rental house we were getting ready to sell.
The roof at home is metal and when they were done, it looked like new.
The roof at the rental was composite and two sides were covered in at least three inches of moss in several places. Now it looks as new as the day it was installed 10 years ago.
The crew is friendly, efficient, and considerate — they moved several of my potted plants to protect them during the cleaning process. And of course they put them back when they were done.
I will continue to recommend this company to friends and family.
