Tom and his team helped us remodel our condo in Burien, WA by repainting all of the walls, removing the old carpet, and installing new carpet tiles. Since the condo is our vacation home, we had to coordinate the work remotely. Tom was incredibly easy to work with; he was responsive to e-mail and phone inquiries, and he accommodated our particular scheduling requirements. He visited the condo, so that he could give us an accurate quote. When the time came to perform the work, he and his team showed up on time day after day, with the right materials, and went right to work. Everything was completed according to our desires, on time, and on budget. We are very happy with the outcome. Update, Sep 2024: We had Tom come back to work on another small project in our condo: removing a false ceiling and painting the exposed walls. Tom was very easy and pleasant to communicate and work with again. He showed up on time, ready to work. He did exactly what we had discussed and asked for beforehand. He charged us what he had estimated. Yet another great experience!
