Chris was great to work with. We had a job that needed to be addressed quickly but also needed some creativity—a section of an unconventional downspout had detached and broken. Chris came up with a couple of potential solutions, shopped around for pieces that might work, and then continued to troubleshoot as we put things into place. And he communicated quickly and clearly throughout. We’re very happy with the process as well as the outcome and would highly recommend!

He used ingenuity and fixed a cabinet we thought we'd have to replace. We'll be using him in the future.

Super quick to get back to us and provided a quote that he kept to via email. His quote was half that of other handy men in the area. He fit two salvaged doors for us and and they close and open better than ever. He asked how we felt about things and also told us when things wouldn’t work! I then showed him another project and he did that same day as well better than ever! 10/10 would hire again and am already scheming up other projects for him.

Update January 2024: once again Chris did an amazing job! This time he transformed our front porch back to its original charm. It had been enclosed and the floors were deteriorating. He removed all the pony walls, vinyl siding, and pulled up the old floors. He found a shop that sells vintage style porch woodwork to ensure the rails and pickets were in keeping with the character of the house. There were a lot of finicky details and little problems to solve along the way and he came with great solutions. In addition to thoughtful craftsmanship, Chris is communicative, shows up when he says he’s going to, and is a pleasure to work with. We are thrilled with our new front porch!

We were extremely happy with Chris's work. He repaired several areas of drywall as well as filled in a hole in a brick chimney and plastered over it. He was able to match adjacent textures nicely so the patches aren't obvious. The original base trim that's 12" tall is no longer being made so he was able to create a small piece that matched the profile really well to in a gap where some had been removed. He was prompt with his estimate and his work and was also very communicative. We really appreciated his attention to detail and follow through and will definitely ask for his help on future projects. We've used Chris for three different projects and he's been fantastic for all of them. He's always on time, works fast, and does an absolutely amazing job. When we needed a microwave installed above our stove, he even found a salvaged cabinet for us so we wouldn't have to buy a new one. I'm thrilled to have found such a great handyman in Seattle.

He had a better idea on how to situate the dishwasher and drafted a layout to show how the space would be used. Very professional and good value - finished on time and for the quoted price. I love the new kitchen! Many unique elements- he found & repurposed wood from a bowling alley for the countertop.
