A mental roof with skylights had been installed by another company, unfortunately they did this rather poorly leading to increasing water leakage over time. David and his crew came in, fixed the problem in a timely and professional manner while staying true to the bid, even though the job was more extensive than expected. It is always a pleasure to find a company with great people that actually works hard rather than make excuses which has become so common during the last 3 years of covid. Highly recommend Kemp roofing and fully intend to use their services again.

Stripped hand split shake roof and replaced with asphalt shingles. Cleaned up debris at the end of each day with no remnants to be found. The quality was very professional, as were those who did the work. Great people to work with - hard-working, friendly and considerate. I reached out to Dave about a leaking roof. He assessed the issue and fixed it promptly. He was reasonably priced and honest. He recommended fixing over replacement but you better believe when it needs to be replaced, I'm going to have Dave Kemp Roofing do it.

We are verry happy with the service provided! Dave and his crew did an excellent job in a time of need. They were quick and very professional. I was impressed with his crew. We had to have an old swamp cooler removed from our roof. They were able to get it removed and patched up fast. I'm glad they also pointed out our damaged vents (turtle shells), so we can avoid future damage!

I got Dave's info from Roofers Supply here in SLC, UT. He gave me a bid over a year ago and I finally got around to having the roof replaced. He honored the original bid, which he didn't have to do. His level of communication is excellent. He always got right back to me and showed up when he said he would. The crew was extremely neat and clean each night and overall a great bunch of guys. One even offered to help carry my groceries from my car on the street up my long, steep driveway. He has a seasoned foreman on each of his jobs that manages the crew. They were done with the entire roof in 4 days, as promised, with the crew working through a rain storm in winter. These guys are hard core! Dave went above and beyond to get custom drip edge for our roof and fixed a poorly sided chimney. He runs a well oiled machine. My only complaint would be that he doesn't do gutters so you will need to arrange those yourself. I ended having to go with his gutter guy, Jason from Capitol, due to time constraints. Jason's company is not operating at near the level of Dave's. Communication was poor, the bid was not put in writing and the work lagged several days after the roof. In the end they completed the work, but it was stressful trying to arrange it with them and haggle over pricing. In contrast, I didn't need to manage Dave's crew one bit and the price was as stated. I highly recommend Kemp Roofing.

Wonderful experience with Dave and his crew. They were professional, courteous and faster then the time estimated. Our roof looks AWESOME and the cost is reasonable. Totally updates the house. Also, the crew was clean!! Big plus. I have a baby and they were so sweet while working on the roof. They stopped everything so I could go outside and get in my garage to take baby for a walk. Five stars all around!!

I am so impressed with Dave Kemp Roofing. I originally had hired another roofing company. They promised to come out but kept pushing me back due to bigger, higher paying jobs. Meanwhile my house was getting rained and snowed on. I am so grateful I got rid of the first company and hired Dave Kemp. Within 2 business days they finished the job and quoted me a much better price than the first company. Dave Kemp and his team were so professional and courteous. A fantastic company!
