Like the finished product, and price. My only issue was the wait. There was a problem with the supply request and ad a delay on the the tile. There front office was very easy to reach and they kept me informed.

These guys did an clean and amazing job from start to finish. We placed Radiant Barrier under the tile which made a huge difference in cooling costs. I would and have definitely recommended them and the Radiant Barrier.

I tried to contact Source 1 for several hours to get an estimate, but I have yet to be successful. Their phone service kept hanging up on me and website contact page kept telling my message was spam and to contact them through another method. Moving on to another roofing company.

Source 1 roofers arrived the same time as the longest stretch of rain I’ve ever seen in Las Vegas. Despite all the rain, work continued till they were done. Thanks to Beto (head down and soaked) working tirelessly, and to Anthony juggling jobs, tiles, and customer worries, the job got done. Nails and dirt swept away, dumpster picked up, storm clouds gone, happy home owner remains, satisfied with Source 1. Thanks to all.

My husband called this company for an estimate. We had (2) leaks in our roof. They sent out an employee named Terry. My husband wasn't home when Terry arrived. All went well until Mr. Terry decided to start making inappropriate comments. I made it clear I had a husband and my new born was in my arms. Everything was uncomfortable at that point and i requested he should leave. Thankfully he did. I don't know what to say. I wont be using them for sure. Make sure your not alone if that guy comes out. Very inappropriate. Unprofessional is an understatement.

( just seen owners response. Quite frankly its disgusting that you would cover for your employees this way. As I have never personally met you. Only your employee. I cannot believe your minimizing the seriousness of his actions)

The primary fella who was doing the work (Randy?) was both patient and clear with my Q's and his A's. Overall it looks clean and well done. A few tar scuff marks that are likely to only been seen by neighbors. Office communication was quick and to the point.

Source 1 was really a blessing. I was worried about working with a contractor and being misled. That was not the case with Source 1, they were extremely trusting and worked with me to get the job done in a timely fashion. I was able to meet a HOA deadline and passed with flying colors due to the repairs made. Much thanks to Terry!

I believe that Source 1 Roofing did a very professional job of resurfacing the flat roof of my townhome. They emailed me photos of each phase of the process after it was completed since I could not go up there myself to inspect it. I am satisfied with the warranty they gave me. The estimator was very diligent in making me feel confident about the process and the company.
I am grateful that I don't have to worry about the rain now!

Everyone very friendly and professional. Installation very nice. Only problem I had was the wrong tile showed up which delayed the completion until the proper tile arrived.

OKAY, the roof looks great. Workers showed up as promised and completed I think a day early. Wish Jessica and Lance would talk more, their hard working workers did a great job. On the flip side always responded so no issue here. What was important to me was not the roof but my 11 year old golden retriever. Diesel thinks everyone that comes to the house is only play with him. Even though he is a little old and knows better if the gate is open and there is a kitty across the street there is the chance he will take a run across the street. Try to catch him is a game. Diesel also pouts, if you don't acknowledge him and he loves to follow people around. I could not be more happy how everyone understood this from the first time Bobby came to work, and gave Diesel the attention he expected. Everyone made sure without a miss one time going in and out to pay careful attention to the gate and Diesel. This attention to my important pardoner can not be bought or taught. I really appreciate how Lance and Jessica paid attention to my most important concern, and the workers smile when Diesel came up to them and followed them around. Yes, would use Source 1 again.

I am purchasing a property and after the home inspection report I needed the roof to be repaired. I contacted many companies to get an estimate. Source 1 was very responsive, understanding of our time constraints and the estimate was very fair and they were able to get the job done very quickly. The work looked amazing and the lending company was very satisfied with the repairs. We will be having Source 1 come back to do more work on our other structures. I highly recommend them and stand behind them as a customer.
