Sound Pacific

20+ year old cedar shake roof developed a leak. A few buckets and quotes later we decided to go with Sound Pacific and full roof replacement. Michael was great to work with. He explained what was happening with our existing roof and the options to fix it. Sound Pacific was able to start work within the week. The crew showed up promptly and worked their butt's off until it was completed and cleaned up. Would definitely use Sound Pacific again but hopefully that won't be for a few decades.

From tear off to completed roof took 2 days. Very satisfied with vent less roof. Roofers were very professional and friendly. Job well done.

Great hard working crew with tons of experience. i have two older homes which needed some creative solutions. They provided cost effective options and knocked out both roofs in just a couple of days. Very reasonable pricing too.

We were very impressed with Michael and his team. We had a small project in our kitchen that we needed help with. Michael was great with communicating and letting us know who was going to be coming out. Ryan and Andy showed up at our door right on time and with smiles on their faces. They came in, explained what they were going to be doing and made sure we were comfortable with the plans before starting. After they finished they cleaned up their work space, even under the fridge, and left everything spotless. They were very professional, considerate, and respectful. We had another person in our kitchen installing our new dishwasher, and Ryan and Andy were very considerate about the noise and space when I was being given instructions on my new appliance. We plan on using Sound Pacific again for our big kitchen remodel.

Michael is conscientious and definitely knows about membrane roofing products and options. We hired him for a ten year repair/recaulking job to hopefully extend the life of our roof. We will go with Sound Pacific when it comes time to replace our roof because of his forthright manner and knowledge of the job and work involved.

Received quotes from 4 other roofing companies in the area and Michael came back with best price. During the consultation, he went over all the work details, roofing options and answered any concerns we had.

Once his crew arrived, they immediately got to work and kept us up to date on everything during the three days they were here. Extremely satisfied with the result.

During a wind storm, a neighbors tree fell through our roof. We contacted Sound Pacific and they were at our house shortly after to tarp up the hole. Their interaction with the insurance company was smooth and once insurance approved their quote, they were able to fix us up shortly after. They were punctual, finished the job in a timely manner and cleaned everything up. Very professional.

Great family-run and family-focused operation. We hired Sound Pacific for a basement earthquake retrofit and remodel. The work was extensive: full demo, earthquake retrofit, insulation, wiring, tile work, drywall, trim, doors, carpet, and windows. We couldn't be more pleased with the job they performed. Michael and Ryan were clean and meticulous in their work. Michael also did a great job managing the process of handling the engineering plans, permits, and sub-contractors. In addition, despite all the work they had to do, they always went out of their way to make sure we weren't being inconvenienced by the noise or their comings and goings. We now have a safer and more comfortable living space.

Michael and Ryan are sincere in their desire to do a good job that met our expectations, while keeping cognizant of the costs. It is hard to find a quality and responsive contractor in the greater Seattle area (Edmonds) right now. We had a great experience with Sound Pacific! Michael (the owner) returned our calls and emails quickly and provided us with an affordable and competitive bid for the work we needed. His crew was diligent, hardworking and respectful of our property. They even went above and beyond to come out before the job multiple times to waterproof portions of an addition that were unfinished from another contractor.
