Quick and professional service all around. When I called regarding getting a quote for gutter repair, Fritz came the next day took a look, saw it was a quick repair and did it right on the spot! He even told me I can cancel my upcoming roof cleaning because I don't need it. He was professional and a clear subject matter expert. Will look for Sound Gutters and Roofing from now on !
Fritz and Derrick first did a thorough cleaning and moss treatment for our small HOA, then replaced all gutters. We have worked with Fritz for many years as we did minor fixes on the gutters but this year we replaced them all. They were always on time, communicated regarding any schedule changes, very professional and we now have lovely new gutters that should outlast...me!
We were sorely in need of gutter replacement this spring and contacted several different companies for quotes. Several never called back, one just didn't show up at the scheduled time, and others quoted higher than expected prices. SGR was the most straightforward and fair of the companies we contacted. Fritz was responsive, punctual, and gave a fair price. He also helped us out by replacing some wooden panels on our soffits that had rotted out due to overflow leaks from our old gutters. The work looks beautiful and after several heavy spring rains, we've seen no leaks or issues. Very highly recommend!!
