Jason Schmitz was the project manager on three home improvement projects for us last year. They included two remodeled bathrooms plus removal and replacement of two sides of our ½ acre fence. It was a pleasure to work with Jason. He is easy to talk to, provided up to date details each day, was extremely reliable to complete tasks, and an excellent problem solver. When something needed changed, he willingly was up to the task. Once the work began, they were completed in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the quality of our completed projects. He has an unusual combination of creativity and construction skills that allowed him to come up with some innovative and well-built solutions for our old home.
