Our townhouse/condo had a major leak from our master room on the 2nd floor to the living to the ceiling on 1st floor due to the unprofessional/irresponsible repair done by last contractor hired by HOA.
SSC did an extremely professional job from the inspections to repairing the drain pipe, and putting back the drywall and paint. Brendon was very professional. He was very detailed and was making sure of evey step as if it is his own home. After the repair was completed, you can hardly see the location where we had the problem.
Often asked, but rarely do I take the time to review a business. However, there are exceptions to taking the time to share. This is such a time.
Just today, Hector and his crew from Sonoran Sky Contracting finished a concrete and gate project. I am absolutely delighted - as are my wife and kids (likely because I didn't try to DIY the project myself.)
Hector and his team were prompt, professional, and damn hard working. Most contractors bring in large equipment. Hector brought his crew of 5. I have never witnessed such an orchestrated, efficient and professional operation such as Hector's. Each had their responsibility and did it very, very well and quickly. His team is a well oiled machine.
I "found" Hector and family through Gates by Geoff here in Surprise, AZ and told him my ideal plan to expand the driveway - but had absolutely no luck trying to find a concrete company to do such a "small job". Geoff said that he had this concrete crew that could do it for me and along the same timeline as his.
Within weeks, not months, it is all completed, and I am incredibly pleased and amazed!
On the first day, Hector took the time to ask questions from existing rock to the steep edges it was going to leave to extending the drive as I had envisioned. He was not a high pressure salesman, but a great listener to my "not-so-long range plans. Finding him was nothing short of a Godsend.
I was blessed to have had the time to get to know them , at least a little bit, and even learned how to play Conquian, a Spanish Card Game during one of only a few breaks taken. I cannot say enough good things about this crew. The icing was when they broke out the mariachi music to keep their energy levels high and productive.
Thank you Sonoran Sky Contracting for subcontracting to Hector and his (family) crew. I will be renovating my backyard this "winter" and my first call will be to Hector. While I was only looking for a contractor but found a friend. What an unexpected Christmas Gift. Thank you and keep up the amazing work.
