Easy and quick to work with. We’re able to complete the job in just a few quick days and the work was incredible. This was something I thought would be a long process and very expensive and it was positively neither of those things. Will be doing more yard and home work in the future with them, highly recommended.

We had some signs of water leaking in the master bedroom under the baseboards we were replacing. We asked for estimates from five different roofers and all but Jordan with Sonoran said we needed to replace the roof. In fact, Jordan is the only contractor who told us the roof is only about ten years old. He also saw a few tiles that had slid down above the area that showed moisture, and he fixed those for us. We now have a trusted contractor to call on for any future remodeling and/or roofing needs. Very grateful we didn’t have to spend $20k plus on a new roof!!

Sonoran Built did an amazing job on my backyard and creating a paver walkway entry to the backyard as well as extending my existing patio. They were able to start the job in less than a week and only took two days to complete. When they were done, they cleaned up my front driveway and the street. We had a small roof leak that 8 years of DIY roof fixing did not work. Sonoran Built assessed several issues immediately. They quickly and professionally repaired the damaged underlayment and structure, replaced damaged tiles, and adjusted the slope of a corner nook so there will never be another leak in that area. Sonoran built just replaced the underlayment under my tiles, fixed and replaced everything that it needed and put it all back together. They replaced all the roof protrusions, damaged fascia boards, everything that I need to get another 25-30 years out of my roof. Jordan was amazing to work with, his crew was professional and quick. Had 14 guys up there one day. Three of my neighbors had theirs done at same time. We shopped almost 15 other companies. Jordan taught us everything we needed to know so we could make an informed decision. He even told me I could probably wait another few years as my underlayment was still performing. Roof re-do review: Can't say enough about this company. Rich Lucky was my contact (along with his foreman Nick), and they all just did a spectacular job. Rich was so personable and down to earth (one of the reasons I went with Sonoran Built), Nick was super responsive to any questions/calls (it rained while they were installing it and Nick showed up at 7:20am to help me move some tarps around my pool), and the crew was super fast. They cleaned up after themselves, and had the dumpster gone the same day the project finished. Sonoran wasn't the cheapest bid, but nor were they the most expensive. I went with them because of the material they use on roofs, and also the way Rich presented himself and the company. I work with a lot of contractors for a living, and Rich is the real deal. He was a guy with a product, and said he would do the job well. No fluff. No sales. Just a genuine dude having a genuine conversation with me. That's what sealed the deal. Go with Sonoran. Jordan and his crew replaced the underlayment on my flat tile roof earlier this week. It took 1.5 days. They came on time and finished on time. I had been seeking local roofers for a leaking roof for our second house & I had no luck. They would either not show up when they said they were, or they would not call me back to set up a repair plan. They made it seem like they were too busy to take the job. One roofer told me I had to wait 4 months b4 he could do repairs & never gave me an estimate. I was getting pretty anxious as my roof was deteriorating worse. One day my brother said that his friend's roof got repaired & his friend was pleased. My brother used the same company & he was pretty pleased. The sales team were wonderful to work with. They showed up on time, listened to what we wanted, and gave us a very detailed quite. It included detail for everything we discussed. There were no surprises after the work was done.
The roofers showed up early in the morning and had the old roof removed, the required decking replaced, and the new roof almost complete by the time the sun went down. They were back early the next morning and were done in a couple of hours. They cleaned everything up before leaving.

We had a leaky sunroom and our roof was aging. Jordan and his team were awesome and took amazing care of us. The leaking sunroom was our main concern. They took the extra steps to ensure that would no longer be an issue for us. They ended up giving us an estimate for the entire roof which we considered very fair. After seeing their attention to detail and efforts, we knew we made the right decision going with them. The roof looks amazing and they solved all of our needs and even replaced plywood as needed. The things you don't see once the roof shingles are peeled away was a surprise. They kept us informed during the entire process. The pictures they provide during the process and after are also amazing.

Great company to work with. They gave a great price on a new roof that included replacing a lot of the fascia boards. I asked if I could get the boards early so that I could paint them before they went up... They made it happen for me, saved me from having to get up on the ladder to paint.
