Alex and Rhyland did a fantastic job on my windows and gutters. After several years of home construction, our windows are finally gleaming again. It’s great to support two hardworking young guys running their own business. I’ll definitely be using them again — highly recommended!

Alex and Ryland worked hard for two full days cleaning the roofs, solar panels, gutter and cedar sidings of our house and garage. We couldn't be more pleased with their work. We had Shine Pros get the moss off our roof. They showed up on schedule, explained the process and carried out everything they said they were going to do. I appreciated how they didn't just get the moss off the ground.... there was one area that had a lot of leaves that they also cleaned up. We will have them back again!

Alex and Rylan power washed decks for my elderly father. They were professional and kind from quote to completion. Five decks on 3 levels. I’m sure it wasn’t an easy job. Alex is a very capable young man. His quote for demossing our roof and cleaning the gutters is very reasonable. He won’t even mind to nail back the few roof tiles that were blown off by the wind.
On the day he was coming, his pump broke down and we had to re-schedule. But he insisted to come and nailed the tiles back on the roof, concerning that the rain may get into the house, which he did.
After his new pump arrived, he came and did an excellent job in cleaning the moss and gutters. He made the stairs for our door entrance sparklingly cleaned, including the perimeter of the house. He took 2-3 bags of dirt away. We were very pleased and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Simply excellent work! Alex was very thorough, diligent and professional. He did clean my title roof on the house and on the shed; With power wash, there was quite a mess all around and Alex then power washed my decks, deck roofs, drive way and around the house to make sure there were no debris . With respect to price, Alex's price was what I expected. I also had estimate from another company and its cost was prohibitive and I am sure they would not have done any better work than what Alex did with my project. I am very happy to recommend him to any one who is thinking of doing the similar power washing work.

I recently had Shine Pros out to clean moss and debris from my flat roof and clean the flashing and top trim around the house in preparation for listing it. It was easy to book and the appointment was very satisfactory. There was lichen growing and very stuck on the top metal flashing and he came back to scrub it by hand on another day as the solution sprayed on and rinsing didn’t get it all off. My roof looks great now and I appreciated the attention to detail and a job well done.
