One of the many things I like about NM is it’s 1 of 4 states with no natural disasters that can impact your home. The downside is the UV damage and heat are unforgiving on all surfaces particularly roofs. Solis Roofing took my roofs 20 years of cracked and crumbling mortar joints and flat alligator cracked roof sections and made it like new. It was like 20yrs of UV and heat/cold damaged tiles and mortar caps was erased in one afternoon. Moreover the price was more than fair.
