Superior Roofing is phenomenal! After another company dropped the ball on a scheduled repair, we were under the wire to get the roof repaired in order to close on time, and Max and his crew came through for us with excellent service for a reasonable price! I highly recommend them for all your roof repair needs!

I had two coats of gaco silicone paint on my foam roof. They removed existing coat which showed wear. I had a small leak in one room of my house, the project took the crew two days. The reason why I decided to have Superior Roofing over other roofers is besides giving me a 10 year warranty they will perform annual inspection of my roof for ten years. I liked dealing with a family owned business who seem to be customer service friendly always trying to improve their business. I had a positive experience with this company and would recommend them to others.

Being a realtor, roofing problems during home inspections is very common. I recently had a house that wasn't going to close on time and the buyers would have to stay in a hotel until we could get a roof repair done. No one in town could make it until I called Superior Roofing. They definitely live up to their name. From the effective communication, photos, and great workmanship, my buyers were able to move in and we closed right on time. Thank you Superior!!!!!

Overall, customer service and quality of work were very good, including a call following completion of the the work to discuss issues that were discovered. Two minor issues reflect a 4 star rather than a 5 star rating - cleanup of the work zone and not sending pictures of the condition of the roof under the metal sheets as discussed. Cleanup of the work zone was fine in areas that were easily accessible but several dozen screws were left in the gravel and gutters.

The management team at Superior Roofing went above and beyond in their excellent communication and high standards. They were very responsive and made the process of replacing my roof as painless as possible.

We had a part of our ceiling collapse. The underlying cause was major water infiltration under the existing TPO that had been installed before we bought the house. Superior Roofing responded promptly to our need for a full replacement of the roof. Their crew showed up when they said they would, did the work in the time frame that they specified and left the yard no worse for wear. An old adage is that good work is not the cheapest in the short term, but pays for it's self over time. I would recommend Superior Roofing in the future.

I called them and was told that they could have someone come out to make an estimate for my roof repair on Saturday morning. I waited until noon, and then called them to find out if they were going to come out. The person I spoke with hesitated, and then told me that the estimator was having "car trouble". He then told me that they still might make it out, but it would be between 3 -5 PM. (If not, then it would be on Tuesday.) He also told me he'd let me know within an hour if the estimator could make it. I never got a call, they never came out on Saturday, and they never called or came out on Tuesday. This business doesn't seem to care about their customers, and I highly recommend you don't waste your time with a company that treats people this way.

They did a wonderful job, very responsive . Professional. Precise quotes, break down of materials and labor. Clean and haul. Not just a number on a piece of paper. Photos of progress. People in the office to answer questions and help with billing and payments. Would and do recommend! Excellent!

Recently we had a leak in our sky light. We called several roofing companies and superior roofing was the first to return our phone call and send somebody out. They were quick to discover what the problem was and get it fixed for us. The customer service in the office was excellent.

I had to call the company twice after completion of the roof because they forgot to shingle around the fireplace. The roofers leaned ladders against my new steel gutters which scratched and dented the new gutters. Many nails were left on the roof and many others were found on the ground around the house along with cigarette butts.

The roof was completed quickly with lots of communication on the progress. The help with getting the insurance claim pushed through was smooth and stress free.

Superior Roofing Co is working on the roof of my apartment complex. They hooked up their compressor to MY electricity outside my children's bedroom window. I went outside to confront them about it and was met by the owner of the company who proceeded to cuss me out and threaten me with physical violence. Very unprofessional and disrespectful company and owner

The roof of my primary residence and a rental I own sustained damage from a hail storm. My primary residence had an older material on a flat roof. The rental had a steep pitch shingle roof in a historic part of town.
Superior Roofing took care of both of these projects by installing the latest and most up to date roofing material.
The workers were very professional, did an excellent job on both roofs and cleaned up the job sites when complete.
