I'm a little tardy in posting this review (work completed in early February) but better late......etc. I love this company. I have a 26 year old roof system that has never had any maintenance. It's part tin and the rest composite, tar and gravel. This crew went over my roof with a fine tooth comb, corrected all the issues and didn't try to upsell me. They sealed around all the parapets and my three chimneys and fixed some problems with the gutters on my carport. I have so much confidence that my roof is good to go for many more years but I will have Roof Repair Today come out before too long to look for weaknesses that might pop up on an old roof. They were quick, efficient and clean. there was no mess after they left. They will be my go-to people from now on. They also are connected to a company which provides a way to pay over time.

Excellent company! I called them for an estimate on replacing my roof because I had switched insurances and the new insurance was requiring a new roof. They came out, inspected the roof, recommended some maintenance which they did for a wonderful price, and wrote a letter to the insurance company and provided photos so that the insurance company would know that I do not need a new roof. Super super helpful! This kind of honesty is rare in our day and age.

Roof repair came out and spent a great deal of time figuring out where my roof leak was. Can't recommend Mykhaylo enough, he's prompt and courteous. Arrived at our home at the agreed upon date/time (unlike the other 2 contractors I got bids from), provided a detailed explanation of the estimate along with about 2 dozen photos via email, then was able to come back about 5 days later and do the work. Provided another 2 dozen photos of the work he did and it looks great, very clean. Didn't try to sell us something we didn't need and his price was in line with other contractors. My tenant called to tell me that the roof had a leak, and I called various local roof repair companies and had to leave messages. So much for 24/7 help. I got several calls back, but nobody was available that day to actually help repair the leak or drive out to Algodones. Everybody just wanted to set up appointments to give me roof replacement quotes. Tom Sullivan from Roof Repair Today left a message and when I called him back, he headed out to my rental property right away to assess the damage. It was the week, when we had a snowstorm warning in Albuquerque and sure enough, the snow hit. Tom wasn't able to do anything that day, but he waterproofed the roof as good as he could to prevent more moisture from getting in the house. After the snow melted, he went back out to inspect the roof and told me that it really needed to be replaced. I expected that since the roof was really old and had hail damage from the storm that hit a few months earlier. He provided a very reasonable and affordable quote and never charged for the call out. He kept me informed throughout the entire process via text. They started work sooner than expected and replaced the roof in 3 days. Tom did an amazing job matching the existing shingles and communicated promptly with me the entire time. He also sent pictures of the before and after once the job was done. The fact that Roof Repair Today actually helped me the day I needed them with the emergency waterproofing of my tenants roof, earned them my trust to replace the entire roof. I needed some relatively minor roof repairs and called Roof Repair Today for an estimate. Tom Sullivan, one of their roofing specialists, came out exactly at the agreed-upon time and climbed up on the roof. Within 10 or 15 minutes he came back down with his findings, including several pictures he took, and his recommendation for resolving the problems. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he explained that the problems could be resolved by applying some high-end sealant to the flashings, exposed nail heads, and along several shingles that were loose or damaged. He even offered to take care of the repairs while he was there, and for a very reasonable price. I gave him the OK and he proceeded to get back on the roof to make the necessary repairs. He showed me pictures of what he had done and everything looked great. I was very satisfied with the work Tom performed and with his honesty and integrity. I will not hesitate to call this company again should I ever need any roof repairs/replacement.

I solicited four bids from roofing companies to restore my roof. Mykhaylo from Roof Repair Today was the first to respond with several options after completing an assessment of my roof. Of the three other companies that responded, one didn't follow up with a bid, one encouraged me to file a claim against my home owners insurance, stating that he would testify that my roof had weather related damage (in other words, he was basically encouraging me to commit insurance fraud!), and the other's bid was only for a full replacement at a cost three times the bid for a roof restoration. New product innovations now give consumers more choices concerning home maintenance, which I was unaware of.

The project started within two weeks, and Mykhaylo kept me informed every step of the way, sending photos of the work while it was being performed. Mykahylo found and fixed the leaks. He also performed a full preventive maintenance on my roof. I was so impressed I hired him to do a full preventive maintenance on my daughters house too. Good morning, We had a leaking mobile home roof, which had been an issue for some time. Finally, I called around Albuquerque seeking a quote on a new roof from several companies. Mykhaylo was personable and knowledgeable about what was needed to fix our roof. He communicated clearly about his process and has committed to come back in six months to make sure everything is holding well. He found some other minor issues while he was up on the roof and fixed those too. He used a harness and demonstrated safe practices.
