I would highly recommend working with Big Sky Roofing! We started the claim process in late July and received several quotes from various companies. Roger was very prompt responsive from the first call that I made. He was willing to work around my work schedule to meet and do an inspection. Within a day he had quote for us, and requested our insurance inspection to ensure that he had all of the line items covered. Once we accepted the bid, the work was completed within 72 hours and included a new roof, fascia, and screens. Everything looks great, the pricing was more than fair, and the communication and customer service went above and beyond.

If their driving reflects how they work on roofs, then I'm afraid I would have to choose another company. The guy I saw today, and how he was driving with a damaged front end on his Toyota truck and a Big Sky Roofing sign on the side door, told me everything I needed to know about this place. If he had hit someone head on because of the way he was driving down the wrong side of Highway 245 against traffic, whipping in and out of lanes without the use of a signal light, then that tells me everything I need to know. If you can't use a signal light, who says you can swing a hammer? Just saying....and yeah..my dash cam caught it all.

I initially wanted to go through Big Sky Roofing because I saw their signs all around my neighborhood, but I ended up not needing their services anymore after having a few issues with them. Roger was very nice to me, so I don't have any personal issues with him necessarily. It started with me emailing my Adjuster's Settlement Letter to their email, and Roger stated that he would be able to get the work done without me having to use any of my deductible(2K) for the repairs on my roof. My insurance company quoted the work being done at $45,669.55, so I was happy when Roger said that I wouldn't have to spend any extra money. He came out to my house and met my bf first before meeting me, but didn't shake his hand until after he shook mine even though my bf was out there to greet him first. Thought it was a little weird but not a big issue. Then when I was at work, Roger sent one of his guys over to my house and didn't let me know till after they came over. I let it slide since I have outdoor cameras and saw them pull up to my driveway. I started having some issues with the company shortly after this. I would be told that I'll hear from him by a certain date but never heard from him, Roger sent me my estimate that was missing items from the original Adjuster's Settlement Letter, I've received an email from him once at 10:30PM and once at 9:04PM which is pretty late for a company to be emailing you in my opinion, and Roger agreed to fix my front pergola for free but charged me an extra 2K on the new estimate that he sent me(that was sent in error twice according to him). At that point, I told him that I won't be needing their services anymore and told them that he can send someone to come pick up the samples from my house. He said that someone would come by on July 8th, but again, didn't hear anything from anyone and no one came by the house. I emailed him again on July 15th asking if someone will be coming by to get the samples. Roger came and picked them up on the 16th and was very polite about it. Again, they seemed to be very polite, but when it comes to professionalism, they were lacking a little bit in that department.

Roger and the staff at Big Sky Roofing are great! As a 1st time homeowner and learning the process for claims and repairs, I really appreciated how Roger went above and beyond to help me understand the process. The guys that came out to repair the damage were also very nice and quick with the roof repairs! Definitely recommend them for their great customer service and repairs!

Roger, Krisha and the guys with Big Sky Roofing are everything you would want when you are replacing the one thing that protects everything else in your home. Krisha always answered the phone with a friendly voice, and Roger always returned calls promptly. The pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. The work was completed in one day -- they showed up early and worked diligently all day. The guys were polite and courteous, and VERY HARD workers! They did a terrific job of cleaning up afterwards. They have earned their great reputation, and conduct themselves in a manner to earn trust and respect in the community, every day. Thank you for a great job on my roof!

I called Big Sky and they were able to send someone out to look at my roof within the hour! Roger was nothing but professional and friendly. We chatted a bit and he was up front and transparent about everything including pricing. He assured me that the work was a one day job…lo and behold the team replaced my ENTIRE roof in one day! I was selling the house and needed the work done quickly. They were exactly what we needed to get it done and it looks fantastic. I definitely recommend them if you have any roof issues whatsoever.

I can only speak to the Residential Repair Roofing, Big Sky Roofing has been a grand big blessing from start to finish. The incredible workmanship from the roof and to my roof overhangs, both in front and back of my home. I have been impressed with the attitude, work ethic and craftmanship in the repairs which has been a welcomed refreshing worry-free business venture. To just say thank you seems not enough but Big Sky Roofing really put out an 100% effort, and I am ever so grateful. 12 years ago we needed a new roof. Big Sky was competitively priced, and Roger was friendly and made the whole process painless.

Fast forward to the hail storms of this year, and Big Sky was the only call we made. They replaced my roof, and 2 other family members roofs. We had other damage to our property as well. I handed Roger all the information from our adjuster, and he made sure that everything was done. He coordinated getting the other work done aside from the roof, and I had to do nothing! Our roof was even replaced the same week the adjuster was here!

If you suspect you have hail damage, or you need a new roof, Big Sky Roofing is the only call you need to make.

What can I say, they got the roof done in one day, on the day requested, at the quoted price, and did an exceptional job. The crew was great, respectful, and knowledgeable. I was able to upgrade to the class 4 shingle, saved a ton on insurance. Roger and his crew provided great service and I only gave him a day's notice. I'm glad my friend James referred me. Lance.

Showed up in the morning and by the time I got off of work they were already done. Amazing job and the clean up was immaculate. The roof work they did was awesome. When they started they scared the daylights out of me, it was early in the morning. They got the old material removed (there was a lot of it), and tarped, had the entire shingle work done is about half a day. Good workers and friendly staff.
