Bogdan and his team did a great job cleaning our exterior windows and gutters. We’ll know for sure when the winter season arrives and our gutters are needed. My only disappointment was they didn’t spray off their dirty footprints from the front porch. The windows are beautiful!

Friendly, on time, reasonably priced. They cleaned our gutters and sealed the corners of several gutters, noting that most of them had never had much of any sealant applied.

Bogdan and his crew explained everything and sprayed the solution that kills the moss and other stuff as well. I was told Once it starts raining it will start coming down from the peak and other areas. Great crew and very professional and considerate, nice people. BLK Diamond Exterior Solutions made my standing seam roof look like new. They arrived and finished when scheduled and completed the job without any supervision from me (I was away at the time).

I've always done the roof myself until a disability has prevented me from getting up there ever again. So, I had to hire someone. These folks did a great job! They showed up on time (a little earlier) and the crew of 3 spent just under 4 hours working non-stop to clean our tile roof. It turned out great. They walked us through the whole process, explained everything, did their job on the roof and then cleaned up all the roof debris on the ground. Very friendly people and would recommend them for any roof cleaning project.

The only reason they got a 4 was because I had some stubborn house dirt. They were right on time. Very professional and courteous. Most of the house was clean and fresh! Ahhhh.

The crew was prompt and responsive. Not very many places specialize in cleaning metal roof until I came upon this service. They gave reassurance and back up their words. I have some heavy algae that blacken one side of my metal roof. The crew was able to help get rid of some but the rest will dissipate in a week if not they would come back to finish rinsing off the rest.

Showed up early. Worked quickly. Since they didn’t need to do as much as expected they gave a discount. Would definitely use again.

Hired BLK Diamond Exteriors to wash my gutters, house and driveway. Came in on time and did very professional work. They know what they are doing and do it great. Loved the end result house is nice and clean. Will use them again and recommended them already to some friends.

BDES arrived earlier than planned and finished the job within one hour. I was surprised that there wasn't very much debris removed from my gutters, since water had been cascading out of both corners of one expanse. I had BDES install three downspout protectors on that side. Will have to see when the next big rain hits. They promised to come out in 2-3 months to resolve any issues and recommended another cleaning in 3 years.

They are very responsive and professional. My lights look great, and I won't have to worry about taking them down or storing them. I recommend them.

Bogdan showed up when he said he would and all the technicians had matching business shirts and appeared very professional. The work looked great. We have not yet hit the rainy season so I can’t yet report how the drain filters will work. I am expecting them to prevent the pine needles from clogging up the drain spouts.

He was slightly priced hire than another vendor, however the professional appearance he conveyed onsite when he came buy to survey for the quote is what sold it for me.

Even though I called very late in the season, they were able to fit us in.I got a prompt and complete estimate electronically with a completion timeline to clean the roof and gutters. He and the crew arrived when he said he would and finished the work within the timeframe estimated and their clean up was great! They left the house and gardens very tidy after the work was done.
