Sodo Construction and Roofing

Thus far, still in the midst of recieving their service, pleasant experience but eill update on the finished "product". Although, I must add confusion on both ends ( private info ) on paperwork and processes.

Sooo at the end finished work is great they did do well above and beyond if anything. They made sure we got what was asked, needed and threw in a couple things as an extra/upgrade. Happy thus far, just have to ask of a small discrepancy. Very small but I bet it'll be resolved smoothly. 5 star if thats met so I'll go with a five now.

SoDo Construction did an amazing job for us, they were quick to give us a quote, a week later we had a new roof and were so grateful for Sarah and Jesus and the team for doing such a great job. We definitely recommend them.

Do not waste your time or your money. Get real professionals to work on your roof. I have talked to Sarah several times in the last 12 months. I also went to their office and spoke to Alejandra 2 months ago. Sarah or Alejandra have not sent a worker or crew to complete the work on leaking skylights after they completed a full re-roofing of my house. I do not recommend the use of this company. They DO NOT respond on requests for repairs. SCAM

Sarah and their team were great to work with. She kept in touch and worked with my insurance agent to get me a re-roof after a large tree fell on it. I would recommend Sodo Construction for your roofing needs!

I had an emergency roof leak, and they came out and fixed it right away. They’ve done 2 other roofs my my dad and grandmother. Very happy with them.

We hired Sodo construction for a roof inspection, they came out quickly and were very professional. The estimate they gave us was pretty reasonable for roof repairs.

We loved Sodo construction! Everything was very professional, fast, and efficient. They installed our roof back in February of 2020 and the roof has held up great through rain and snowstorm over the past 8 months. The crew was polite and worked hard. We'd use them again!

Did the removal and replacement efficiently, and the new shingles look great. Crew worked hard to get it all done in one day, 27 squares. Was dismayed that they missed installing a few screws on the plastic corrugated roof over the patio. I found a couple dozen nails around the perimeter, guess it is not easy to catch them all. Other than that, very satisfied with the job.

Great people that get the job done fast and professional. The foreman kept me abreast of every phase of the roofing project. Highly recommend them for your project.

After having multiple roofing companies come to my house to do estimates I decided to hire Sodo Construction to do the job. Sarah provided exceptional communication and responded very quickly to anything I needed to talk to her about concerning the project. She was also very helpful in dealing with the insurance company and knowledgeable about roofing. The crew was there on time and did an excellent job. They took the time to listen to what I had to say and were very professional. It was a good experience that went well and left me very happy. I plan on hiring them again and recommend them highly. I give 5 stars to this company for a job well done.

I got 4 quotes before choosing SoDo Construction. Sarah was extremely professional and she covered every detail in her estimate. She even worked with me and my insurance company so there was no out of pocket cost to me. SoDo uses the upgraded shingles as part of their standard, something the other guys wanted to charge over a thousand dollars to do. As for the laborers, the whole job was done in just a little over a day. I would definitely recommend this company!

SoDo Construction & Roofing Co. Did our roof and my husband and I are so impressed we just had to post. They have the best prices, the business and employees are extremely professional, they cleaned up everything and shingles are a great quality, perfect color, their help with picking shingle color was greatly appropriated. This is the best home experience we have ever had. Would definitely use them again.

We had a date set for our full re-roofing project. Not only were they a reasonably priced job but they called to see if they could start a few weeks early. There was a great weather window. If we had started as originally projected we would have been under water! They kept the property clean at the end of day. They policed the driveway for nails. Beautiful job...highly recommended!
