I recently purchased a home in Columbus that had a brand new roof added 2 years ago. Martin's team did the roof replacement (great work according to our home inspector too!).

I had recently sold a home that had a new roof, so I was aware that often roof manufacturers supply a warranty that can be transferred to the new owners.

Because of this, I reached out to Martin to see if the roof was indeed under warranty and if so if he would help me find out how to get it transferred into my name from the seller's name.

Martin immediately connected with me, confirmed that such a warranty existed on this property's new roof, and helped me get in touch with the correct personnel at the roofing company to work through the process of transferring the warranty.

Earlier this year Martin came to the rescue after storms hit the area and did major damage to my dad's roof, siding and fence. Martin was quick to respond, very open and honest with his timelines and process and he managed the entire project for me from start to finish, including all of the back and forth with the insurance company. He made the process so smooth and easy!

The new roof was installed quickly and efficiently by his team, then the siding and although MK Exteriors does not do fence installation, Martin worked with my chosen vendor to manage the project including timeline, install and insurance payments.

Great company to work with. Martin had a very competitive quote for my roof replacement. The roofers were very careful to clean up afterwards. About six weeks later I noticed a downspout not attached to the gutter. Although it was very doubtful this occurred due to the roof work, Martin was out within 12 hours and made the repair himself. That goes way beyond customer service. I recommend MK Exteriors without any reservations.

Martin installed a new roof for my 92 year old mother-in-law. He was very respectful and treated my MIL like he would treat his own. Before work: My home in Hilliard was hit by a recent tornado, resulting in a lengthy insurance dispute regarding replacement of a 15+ year old roof. We contacted Martin immediately after the storm for temporary tarping and to consider his services for roof repair/replacement. He got us scheduled for the tarp immediately and would have been there same-day were it not for rain. He got out as soon as he could after to ensure no additional damage could occur.

During work: We benefited immensely from his forethought, experience, and expertise as we navigated the insurance process. He had excellent communication and patience throughout the lengthy process. Ultimately, his care helped us get an approved roof through *State Farm* after only 3 months of fighting, which is an incredible accomplishment in the insurance field. After approval, the new roof color was selected and work was scheduled promptly (for the following week!). He and his team used all best practices to ensure long-term quality and excellent care. They were finished with our roofline same-day, and they did great work cleaning up debris and any scattered nails to protect my toddler (and my car tires!) from injury.

After work: The roof looks excellent; I cannot recommend Martin highly enough! We will absolutely be coming to him in the future when we decide to apply new siding.

Mk fix it has been my go-to when it comes to roof and gutter repair. I have had both gutter and soffit replacements in the front and back of the house and they have done a phenomenal job. We called MK Fix It Contracting for new Siding and we also had a problem with the wood trim on our home. We was able to do both jobs with MK Fix It Contractng. Martin was able to remove the wood trim that was a problem and replace the Siding all in one job. Martin was very professional and clear in what he was going to do. We had a gutter blow off during the windstorm a couple of weeks ago. When I called MK they responded within about an hour. They had me take pictures and were able to give me a quote the same day. The quote was very reasonable and they were able to come out and fix it before several of the other companies could even come out to give me a quote. The work looks great!

We reached out to Martin about a roof leak and he responded immediately. He came to our house the same day to provide an estimate. In 2019 I posted the review below about MK Exteriors (MK). In May 2024 we needed MK’s services again for some siding work around our front porch and to replace our porch post after we had our concrete porch completely replaced. We also asked MK to fix our front shutters. Once again MK Exteriors was fantastic! If I could give more than 5 stars out of 5 I definitely would. The price for the work was great and the quality of the finished product is clearly top notch and will probably last years. Additionally Martin kept me informed about the status of the work via regular text updates. That’s really great customer service. I continue to highly recommend MK Exteriors!

I found MK Exteriors through a Google search but what a GREAT find it was! I recently had four outside projects that needed to be done including some porch (a post and railing installation), siding, and chimney work. Martin of MK Exteriors was very quick to provide an estimate and explained everything to me that he would do in completing the work. I was impressed with his professionalism and hired him. Since we're in winter, I expected it might be several weeks before the work could be done. However, we had some nice days and he was able to do the work quickly. My wife and I could not be happier. It looks great and I know from his explanation and from his keeping me informed as he did the work that it was done right. Thank you!
