DTE inspected our roof and provided honest feedback on what needed addressed. They provided a tune up and minor repairs quickly and at a reasonable cost. They did a wonderful job communicating expectations throughout the process.

I rated DTE Roofing 5 stars because there weren’t 6 stars. This company does things right! Yes, they do the work according to code and manufacturers' specs, but there’s code and then there are best practices. Andrew was my contact throughout this process, and he was professional, responsive, and highly knowledgeable, particularly in roofing practices and in guiding me through the insurance claims process. Andrew’s team did excellent work. He always made me feel like a priority, even though I knew he had several other customers needing his attention. Andrew and his whole team at DTE Roofing are reliable and easy to work with. Highly Recommended?

I've had two or three roofs replaced over my lifetime. We recently had a tree hit our house and had to get shingles, gutters and skylights replaced. I have not used this company for roofing services, but if you are deciding between several companies (wise), I would suggest you go with DTE. Why? Integrity. One of their vehicles had accidentally damaged my wife’s car with their door in a parking lot during a very windy day. There were no cameras or witnesses; however, we came out to a note left on our windshield to call the owner. Donovan was more than remorseful, and took care of the damage and then some-accommodating our complicated schedule.
Unfortunately, there are companies out there that would not have taken responsibility and fixed the problem. It is often said that integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. Given how Donovan handled this, I would expect any work done by his company to be done with excellence.

Their technician did a great job on my roof. Highly recommend this company for all your roof needs. When I need a new roof I will look to no one else.

We had Andrew come check out our roof after noticing some lifted shingles. He checked everything out, took pictures, then showed us and made some maintenance recommendations. We had him come back to complete the maintenance. He gave us peace of mind knowing that everything was fixed up, looked good and that there were no major concerns. Communication was great! I recently had roofing repairs done by DTE Roofing and would highly recommend them to others. Andrew communicated often and explained everything to me. Their sub-contractor was on time and completed the work in a timely manner.

Fantastic company to work with who does excellent work. They went over all the details thoroughly which allowed me to make a very informed decision with no surprises. They gave me a solid estimate that included costs for materials to cover roof damage we suspected but couldn't be sure about until the roof was removed. Turns out my roof wasn't as bad as we feared and they reduced the cost accordingly. It's nice to work with honest people who aren't trying to rip off folks every chance they get.

Mitchell and Donovan are great. They communicate throughout the process, they are present during the install and assist with the work. Highly recommend. Installed a sun tunnel in our master bathroom and we love it. It was a very affordable add on. The DTE profile picture features our copper cupola, which we also love. Overall excellent job. The cleanup is amazing- several of our neighbors had roofs replaced by various companies and all of them found debris for a week or more after install, but not at DTE. They clean up, then go by again maybe 3 or 4 times, and they follow up with another run of the magnet sweeper a week later. You will be pleased with the work and the service. These guys do roofs right.

Andrew, Donovan, and the DTE team did an amazing job taking care of us. We recently bought our first home only to be slapped with a major storm that damaged our roof and the interior of our home. The first roofing company we called helped as best they could but ended up ghosting us when we weren't making any headway with insurance. DTE saw our tarp covered roof, stopped, and offered to help. The team was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain processes and requirements for roof replacements. They fought with and for us for almost a full year. In the end, insurance refused to submit. The DTE team helped us with financing options and was out and ready to replace the roof days after we gained financing. They kept us informed during construction, were here at first light, and stayed after sunset to finish in a timely manner. They were incredible to work with!! Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company. Mitchell came out the same day that he was called about my roof leak. After inspecting the roof he went over some things that he thought could be the problem. I decided to go ahead and have the whole roof replaced due to the new and past issues. What I really liked about Mitchell was that he was not pushy and he is very knowledgeable about roofing. He took the time to sit down with me and go over step by step the process and product that he uses and why they do it. He also came back a few days later to check the roof to make sure it sealed properly, do a final sweep for nails and sent pictures. I highly recommend this company.

They really took the time to educate me on the entire process of a full roof replacement (without rushing me or intimidating me). Communication was great and always done in a timely manner. They armed me with knowledge about all the laws and codes relative to my case. I had storm damage; however, my insurance was not wanting to pay for it initially. With all the knowledge that they armed me with, I was able to get a full replacement. While it took a few months of fighting back and forth with my insurance, the process of the actual work only took 1 day. Their crew worked quickly but efficiently on the day of. They were respectful of my property. I had an A+ experience all the way round and I'm very happy with my new roof. And they are also just good humans. Thank you!

We recently used DTE Roofing to re-roof 2 garage roofs (one was at my father's old house). Both roofs were very old and at least one was leaking a bit. They also re-roofed a small shed that used to be my grandfather's chicken coop many many years ago. Mitchell was very professional and knowledgeable and his team did a great job and they cleaned up exceptionally well afterwards. DTE also helped us with some gutters we were having issues with and re-routed a downspout on the house for us at a very reasonable cost.
I would highly recommend them and their team. We will definitely contact them again if/when the house needs a new roof.

Andrew showed us samples and thoroughly explained the installation and cost options. The project was completed in one day and the siding is beautiful- our neighbors and folks out on walks have all commented on how good it looks. Only company willing to come out and check our roof on the 4th of July and covered the leak in our roof with a tarp. We hired them for having exceptional customer service! They came on time and finished roof in one day! They fixed some other problems involving the gutters and fixed them as promised. Dependable and hard-working company! They were the only company that addressed all of the roofing issues (known/unknown) during the initial walk thru for the estimate. They were thorough & explained in detail & with photos what the issues were & what needed to be done to fix them. They answered all my questions. Their pricing was competitive.
