We had a great experience with AC Roofing & Siding. They were recommended by several neighbors whose homes received storm damage from a tornado a little over a year ago. AC installed a new roof, new vinyl siding, facia trim, gutters/gutter guards on our home and fixed a nagging leak no one else was able to find. This was a major overhaul for our home but AC made it really simple by preparing an easy to read proposal that clearly detailed the project and pricing. Crew members executed a seamless 2 Day complete tear down and roof install. They were local to us in Dublin Ohio and in my option did a great job not only replacing our roof but also repairing our wood trim. Most importantly their crew worked diligently to water proof the exterior/ interior. We suffered storm damage to our original siding at the end of December 2024. With a lot of snow on the ground, Kendall braved the single-digits to come out and meet me to get the ball rolling on repairs (I contacted 4 other places - none of whom came out for estimates).

Kendall helped us understand the ins and outs of what to expect with the insurance process. He was a pleasure to work with; my kids wouldn't let him go without talking about various shows and toys!

Andrew helped us with the financial questions and was very easy to get a hold of. I think he was the one that also found example houses in the area with the style and colors we were most interested in - this makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE! A couple colors we liked on the color swatches did not translate well on a full house (in our opinion).

All in all, the finished product turned out great! It took 3 days to remove and replace our old siding; they also replaced some rotten board in the gables of our house and added some trim around our garage door, which makes it look much cleaner. There folks are local in Hilliard, which was another reason I was glad to use their services (shop local!). My wife and I are very happy.

Extremely professional and communicative contractor. Resolved disagreements with insurance on code standards promptly. Had to work around the weather, but once work started it went very quickly. They were responsive to questions and quickly corrected the few minor issues that we identified. Installed soffits at a fair price as a bundle deal with the rest of the work. All together the roofing plus siding plus soffit changes brought the house forward 30 years in looks and we're extremely happy with the outcome. Highly recommend them for any roofing and siding needs.

Ryan, Andrew and Kendall were on top of things through our whole project of replacing the roof, soffits, gutters, facia, and gutter guards. The workers even covered a squirrel hole! .

This is the second time we've used AC Roofing & Siding. The first was six years ago when we had all the trim on our house replaced. It was a very good experience, so we called again when we decided to replace our vinyl siding with Hardie siding. The house looks amazing (before and after pics included). The crew did a great job and Ryan and Andrew were very responsive. When we need a new roof in the future, I'll be calling them again.

We had a rather disappointing experience with this company. The work was sloppy, supervisor was disrespectful and inconsiderate, we got charged for work and material that was later not done/installed and they refused to do the work. They cost great water damage to our house, begged not to go through insurance and although they repaired the damage to the house itself, they refused to acknowledge the personal loss of the things that were ruined .
We had to point out so much work that was done bad, they became increasingly rude .

Could not be more pleased. From start to finish the professionalism and courtesy of all staff involved was extraordinary. Job was finished in 8 hours with extra care to ensure no nails or debris were left behind. Neighbors have commented on the extra care taken to protect the house and the speed in which job was completed. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you again Andrew and Ryan. AC consulted on our roofing and siding after the tornado back in February. Worked with our insurance and we now have our new roof and siding is installing today.

We had AC replace our siding following damage in some storms early in the year. Andrew helped navigate some of the insurance concerns, and provided a great series of options as we determined exactly what we wanted. Ryan, their on-site supervisor, was very communicative, helped coordinate their work with work I was doing in my kitchen at the same time, and provided fast and reasonable pricing for some changes made part way through the project. Overall, They were quick, helpful, and did a clean job, with only a few small issues that they quickly addressed and fixed, and I would work with them on another project in a heartbeat.

We called AC Roofing and Siding and asked them to inspect our roof after a storm and the owner Andrew came out for the inspection and determined that there was no storm damage and that our roof was in good shape. He did notice that we had some loose siding on one side of our house and let us know that he woiuld send someone out to fix the siding. A few days later Ryan H and a crew member came to our house to fix the loose siding and it has stayed in place since then. Their promptness and service was great and I would highly recommend them if you need any roofing or siding work done.

An efficient process from start to finish. No hidden costs, professional, kind staff. From our first discussion with Andrew to Ryan’s handling of the project there isn’t a single negative thing to say.

AC just completed a roof and skylight replacement. They were easy to work with. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the job.

To be perfectly honest, I rarely respond to surveys or provide reviews. I just feel that if a contractor or retailer does what they are supposed to do it should not be worthy of comment. It's appreciated, but the bottom line is that they've met my expectation. They've done their job.

The exception to that rule is when a contractor fails to do their job or, conversely, exceeds expectations. I can definitely say that my experienceS with AC Roofing and Siding fall into the latter category. They did an exceptional job with soffit and carpentry work a few years ago . The also supplied gutter guards and talked me down from spending unnecessary money on expanding the width of my gutters. That meant less money for them. Who does that? And most recently, I experienced a roof leak (By the way, they did not install my existing roof). Andrew looked at the condition and rather than sell me on unnecessary roof replacement, applied caulk to the suspect area under the belief that it really should solve the problem, rather than expensive roof repairs or replacement. Once again....Who does that? TRANSLATION: AC Roofing & Siding is professional, competent, and 100% trustworthy. They continue to exceed my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone.

We had used AC a few years back to replace our trim with Hardie Board. They had done an excellent job, so when we were looking at getting a new roof and gutters/downspouts, we called AC. They gave us a couple of properties to look at for roofing options, which makes it much easier than visualizing from a catalog. Andrew is excellent to work with and keeps the process moving. In 2020, our HOA started planning and searching for a roofing company to replace 104 roofs. Several companies submitted proposals, and each was interviewed. After reviewing all the proposals, we chose A/C Roofing. The project started May 2022 and wrapped up i early fall of 2022. Andrew Christianson and his crew did an outstanding job removing the existing roofs, replacing many OSB boards, all shingles and installing roof vents. Also, all residents were kept informed of what would be happening throughout the project and were very pleased that their daily lives were not disrupted. Their communication was superb. We highly recommend A/C roofing for any project.

Replacing a roof is always a difficult task. Who do you trust to do a good job and take care of your home? I trusted AC They impressed me from the initial inspection and proposal through the completion of the work. Looking back, I would not make a different choice. I am very pleased with the outcome.

For the past several years my wife and I had been contemplating getting our house resided. The house turned 47 years old this year and the original siding (which we had painted in 2000) was really showing its age (faded, warped in various places, as well as numerous woodpecker holes in the trim!). So we began the process of finding a reputable company to take on this big and expensive project. Fortunately, AC Roofing and Siding had resided a house in our neighborhood and we had taken a photo of their company sign in the front yard. That turned out to be a wise reference, because Andrew's company was ultimately chosen to reside our house. We went with the Estate vinyl siding and James Hardie trim. It was imperative that the color of the siding matched the previous paint color and thankfully AC offered a perfect match. We also had all the gutters and downspouts replaced and that worked out great, too. The crew who did the work on the house was very professional, meticulous, and very polite to us and our dog :). They cleaned up the property at the end of each work day and would always arrive promptly the next morning. Kudos to site supervisor Ryan Hatfield who was always available to answer our questions or concerns quickly and professionally. We have received so many compliments from neighbors and passers by on how great our house looks! In the next several years we plan to have Andrew Christian and his crew return to replace the roof as well. Thank you again AC Roofing and Siding! We could not be happier with how our house looks!

We recently moved into our condo and noticed a ceiling leak. We thought we had a roof leak, and our HOA contacted AC roofing who replaced our roof in 2021. Andrew found it was not a roof leak but a plumbing issue. He then went out of his way to help me discover the issue, and take photos of the pvc vent the attic for the plumbing company. Way above and beyond and we very much appreciate it!

Phase 1 (gutters and gutter guards) is now complete. Andrew and his team did an excellent job through all phases of the contracting experience. Next year we are going to do Phase 2 (new roof) and we will 100% be going with AC for this service thanks to their honesty and transparency.
