Nolan and the team did a great job on our house! Pricing was competitive (especially for an engineered shingle), communication was great, and they were able to get us on the books and the job wrapped up in a timely manner. I originally got recommended Snohomish Roofing from a coworker and am glad I chose them for our project.

Nolan was wonderful. We somehow had all of our vent boots crack/ break which allowed water to leak into the house. Not only does he answer the phone personally but he was also able to get out to us same day to put in a temporary repair heading into Christmas week! His guy came out the Monday of Christmas week to finalize the permanent repair and all for a fair price. He was hyper communicative the entire time and very kind in general. Nolan and the team were great.
1. Competitive price: I had 4 other quotes for my roof (different brands too) and Nolan gave a fair price with the brand I wanted.
2. Business philosophy: snohomish roofing company is family owned and nolan is a family member. He wants the business to grow. He is not trying to squeeze money out of you but rather build a relationship and a reputation for the company.
3. Quality: Malarkey is what I preferred after a research. More overlap between shingles. Less likely to have beads fall off during installation. It was hispanic team who did the installation. I will wait for rainy season for a full review (i will update next year) But right now it looks great and nolan made sure they did not cut any corners. Of note, I did not ask if they got a permit from the city, as some cities like bothell does not require permit for replacing shingles.
4. Speed: there was no urgency with my roof but for the people who is dealing with leaks, they finished my 24.7 sq roof within 1 day ( they worked 13 hours though). After day 1, it was minor stuff and inspection.
5. Communication: Nolan was prompt with communication. As this was my first time replacing the roof, he made sure to explain all of my questions and doubts.

Other pictures noland took for me prooving places that required extra attention was properly done. Also took a picture of their sign, it is bigger and nicer looking than others ( similar looking/size to house sale sign); i personally liked it; my wife did not like it. putting it out there for other people to know.

I was very pleased with this roofer. The roof looks great. They had to replace much of the roofs plywood and they did it quickly and professionally. They protected my landscape very well and did a good job of clean-up. I would recommend them for your job.

The leak in my roof turned out to be a vent but Nolan is very thorough and honest with his work and pricing is fair. He was accommodating to my schedule and came out promptly also! I highly recommend using this company if you want fast and painless repairs

Very happy with the service we received from Snohomish Roofing. Our sheds roof feel off due to a poor install from the original builder. Snohomish roofing had a competitive bid a day after being called & had the roof replaced within 4 days. I really appreciate them going out of their way to help to address a serious problem caused by another company quickly.

Full roof replacement. Great workmanship and customer service. Christmas night 2022 I had water pouring into my bedroom closet. I called Snohomish Roofing after finding them online. They showed up within 2 hours to put a tarp over my 3-story high leaky roof during a storm. The next day they returned to assess the damage, gave me a quote and the following day fixed my leak.

A year later, my roof was leaking in another location. I’d hired them again to come back and this time replace the whole roof. They tarped the leak, then sat down with me to discuss good, better, best options. I decided for a full replacement for what I considered a fair price. Within 2 weeks, they were at my house working; and within 5 days they had come in, ripped off the old, replaced it with the new (boards and shingles), cleaned up their mess and cleared out their equipment. I’ve never slept better during a storm as a result of theor work. Multi-decade, fully transferable warranties on both the roof and the workmanship.

Plus, I accidentally overpaid my invoice which they contacted me about and within a week sent me a check for the difference. This is a good, scrupulous crew who treated me right. I highly recommend them.

Our roof was highly damaged by animals and we were racing the Winter rains. Snohomish roofing was among the low bidders but offered a better roofing system for the price. They finished in three days including a lot of dry rot repair. Cleanup was also good.

The team from Snohomish Roofing Co. was fantastic to work with, they worked through difficult weather conditions (our extreme heat a few weeks ago). I contacted Snohomish Roofing Company to fix some bathroom vents that were not hooked up to the roof vents in a new home I purchased. It was also noted on the inspection that there were some exposed nail holes in some flashing on roof vents. I contacted a few companies and most had several month waits, or had expensive minimum service fees. Snohomish Roofing Co was able to come out and complete the work within a week and actually discovered more items that needed addressing than I had initially thought. Their technician is even coming back out to repair a few additional nail holes that were found at no additional cost. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I ever need any roof work done. I feel confident they do good work, operate with honesty, and have reasonable pricing.

They showed up quickly just to help with roof maintenance. Found a few small issues and went out of their way to make sure everything was good to help extend the life of my roof.
