Alpine Roof Care was great for my recent roof and gutter cleaning. The technician, Antonio showed up on time, but when he checked my roof before starting the job, he informed me that he has to install couple anchors for additional cost due to severe slope of my roof. I was not informed of this when I received the estimate and so I called Alpine and talked with Angela. She was super nice and professional and stated that the potential anchor requirement was not included in the initial bid, so she covered it at no cost. With couple permanent anchors installed and excellent job by Antonio, I plan to use Alpine Roof Care for my future roof and gutter cleaning. Alpine also had the lowest estimate among few estimates I got from other companies. I also liked that they use water cleaning to get rid of moss and debris from the roof. Excellent company overall.

Alpine Roof Care did a beautiful job of re-roofing my house. They were flexible and talked through the options with me without trying to sell me things I didn't need. The crew was friendly, hard-working, and honest. I felt that they cared about doing a good job.

They did a great job cleaning my roof and gutters as well as inspecting the roof and skylight. They found the skylight did not have weather stripping from the original installation. There was a possibility that the skylight had to be replaced due to the way it was installed which would be significant cost. They were able to add the weather stripping without complete replacement. Alpine Roof Care prices were great as was the service. Came recommended to me by a friend and will do the same for others.

Alpine Roof is amazing. They have assisted us with damage from two different trees over the years and they have made emergency patching to prevent leaks right after damage a priority. Then they fit us in ASAP to complete the repair and in one of the cases tear down and install an entirely new roof. They are knowledgeable, professional, and impeccable craftsmanship.

Honestly, this is a great Roof Company. I so appreciate Crystal, the owner. She is kind and always available for a question. They are very reasonably priced and come inspect and clean my roof each year. I feel so much better knowing my roof is in their hands - really. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Alpine did a roof repair for me and i had them clean the roof (concrete tile). The roof cleaning was especially messy due to all the moss on the roof, but they did a great job cleaning up, even knocked off some old hornets nests and hit some of the siding. I would definitely use them again.

I recently used Alpine Roof Care to replace my roof. Everyone from the office staff, the project manager on site, to the guy who did the final check on the roof were amazing. Very knowledgeable, organized and were top of things. Site was cleaned up and I found very little nails laying around, but none on my driveway. Thank you Alpine for making this a stress free experience.

The quality of the work was excellent, and the people doing the work were very professional. There were a couple of problems: (1) I expected the debris removed from my roof to be removed; instead, it was left in plastic bags in my driveway; and (2) the nozzle on the hose near my driveway is missing.

We recently had our roof replaced. Crystal and Team did an amazing job from the estimate to the explanation of repairs needed. Once the demo started, it was go time, and I had no problems communicating and/or getting updates. There were some things that I wanted customized at the end and their team went out of the way to ensure that I was completely satisfied. This was a great experience!

I have used Alpine Roof Care over the years to perform roof clean off and gutter cleaning and could not be more pleased with their recent service and quality of work. Crystal and other office staff were very helpful in contracting the work and scheduling the service. Roof cleaner technician, Victor, arrived as scheduled and performed stellar work in washing all the debris off the roof and cleaning up the ground around the house afterwards. He informed me of the condition of the roof and gutters, and I was pleased that all were in good shape.

I am quite happy with the service of your company for the roof cleaning and the cleaning up of the debris afterward which was extended to my neighbor. Victor did as much as he could because they were not home at the time and what impress me the most is Victor offered to come back and do it if my neighbor complains

For how often they called, they didn't actually communicate very well. Left a big mess the first time they came, but didn't actually have the parts they needed to finish the job. Not good at doing things on schedule, and never asked about my availability, just told me when they were going to come over. Presumably the work is good, but I haven't been able to check it yet.

I had a great experience with Alpine Roof care. The scheduling was simple, but it was a bit of wait time (probably because of the busy season).
The professional that cleaned our roof arrived on time, was friendly and helpful. Our roof was in desperate need of cleaning and he did a great job removing all the moss and debris, applying chemicals to prevent moss growth, and even cleaning our deck from all the gunk afterwards. And he was done in under 2 hours which is impressive.
I trusted Google reviews and I am happy with my choice, and now I can in turn recommend this company.

Alpine reattached a gutter on our home that had partially pulled away from the roof. Crew was professional and detail-oriented, and got the job done quickly. Company charges a $300 minimum for work.

This was a shining example of how a company should operate. From start to finish the professionalism and quality of work was exceptional. The employees as well as the managers were super. The only thing missing was their capes. If you are going to pick a roofing company, then you should look no further.

Called to get an estimate just to clean gutters because they had a special, tried explaining to the girl that answered that I don’t need the roof done it’s being treated. All she wanted to do was argue and say the roofers should clean the gutters then. Welllll….. no because they don’t do that and if she would of stopped running her mouth for five seconds and acting like she knows it all, I would of told her again it’s being treated for miss , I want the gutters cleaned out NOT MY ROOF at this time. Since the roof will get treated after the gutters are cleaned anyway!!!! SMH
Majority of what will be killed off after the roof is treated will be brushed off over the side where there’s no gutter. Regardless I still wanted just the gutters cleaned. Clearly they don’t need the business. So, unless you want to argue with the receptionist, or whoever she is that answered I suggest you go elsewhere for service’s because clearly they are not customer oriented and honest she was really rude!!! For me to say someone is rude & kinda snappy that’s saying a lot .

Alpine Roof Care was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I had three bids and Alpine Roof was in the middle. They did their bid estimate using Google Earth and I had neglected to tell Angela to include the pool house roof too. When I called to approve the estimate and schedule the work, I mentioned the pool house and said I had no problem with her revising the bid to include the pool house. I got an email back saying Victor would be the technician and the project would be scheduled for Wednesday. There would be no addition charge for the pool house. Victor arrived on time and got straight to work. He was a little concerned that there were 10 skylights and wanted me to let him know if any were leaking during the cleaning process. He first used a backpack blower then the high-water low-pressure wand. The project took about 5 hours nonstop. Victor applied moss treatment to roof. The debris clean-up (about six bags) from the walkways, driveway, deck and plants was incredible you would never know the roof had just been cleaned. Victor made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend ARC for any roofing projects you may have.

Over 25 years have probably done 20-25 roofs for me. Not one has ever leaked after. I dont call anyone else ever. Nobody can touch their overall value.

Alpine had someone come out to repair damage to our roof as a result of a tree landing on it after a recent storm. Although it was not a major repair, the job was completed in a very professional manner and it hard to tell where the damage was after completion of the repair. I would not hesitate to call again for roof repair service.

Alpine Roof Care provided great services to repair and clean my house roofs. They came to estimate the costs after my call. The estimate was reasonable with a promotional discount on the roof cleaning part. The roof and gutter cleaning work was done first and then followed by the repair work the next week. There was a water leak from a vent pipe. That’s fixed and no issue found since then. Mosses were washed away from the roof with moss-off chemicals also applied. They did minor maintenance on shingle tiles and gutters after cleaning. They are definitely pros working safely and efficiently on steep roofs. They can replace the roof if needed. Great job! I had my cedar roof cleaned by Alpine and it was so great to use a company that does such a good job from start to finish. Vic who cleaned the roof with high pressure air, did a fabulous job and even went back over the roof with a backpack blower to make sure all needles were removed. The clean up afterwards was also very complete. I will definitely use them again next year!

Wow! Alpine Roof Care came out today and we couldn't be more pleased with work done to clean our roof and gutters. The young man who came worked his butt off to make sure everything was done thoroughly. He went out of his way to clean up afterwards and was friendly and nice. Roof Replacement – Alpine Exceeds Expectations!!

It is rare when a company takes such great care of their customers that they completely exceed your expectations! That was our experience with Alpine Roof Care.

We needed a complete roof replacement and received bids from four different companies. It was clear that Alpine provided the most value for the price from the start. What blew us away, however, was the level of customer care after we selected them. The communication was astounding. Crystal was very clear about what to expect with the noise and the mess and how best to mitigate that when possible.

We had a difficult project with two existing roof layers to remove and a new driveway, landscaping and deck we wanted to protect. They took every precaution to honor our wishes. When issues came up, Crystal was immediately on the phone letting us know what was going on, how they were going to solve it or gave us our solution options. The project was completed in the timeframe expected and the new roof is beautiful!

We honestly cannot recommend this company enough. If we ever have a roofing project in the future, we’ll skip the bid process and just go straight to Alpine. We’ve already referred a couple of neighbors. They have earned our business and trust!

Alpine Roof Care replaced our roof 6 years ago. Did a great job and cleaned up very thoroughly. I was on the roof cleaning the gutter the other day, noticed a "bubble" in the roof about 1' wide. Called and they came out the next day, pulled up the roof and said it was a bad piece of plywood. Did a temporary fix and said they would schedule to replace the whole wood sheet with a permanent fix as soon as they were able. Great service and the tech's were very friendly! Great company!

My neighbor had Alpine come out and conplete a job. When he was finished, the worker knocked on our door and asked if we'd like our patio cleaned off. Good service and going the extra mile.

I engaged Alpine to clean, pressure wash, and treat my roof. Paul did an amazing job on the roof cleaning service this afternoon! I'm going to be reaching out to Alpine to schedule a periodic roof cleaning now. In addition to the cleaning, last year we had an emergency roof repair caused by a broken branch and Alpine was here within 24 hours....and this was during snowmageddon. Great company!

Alpine roof care is the best!!! We called Crystal for a new roof and they came out right away to give us a quote and we had a new roof the next week. Stay away from these guys unless you wish to be frustrated beyond belief... We had an appointment start time set between 12 and 3pm. I called in on appointment day to see what time the roofer would be in, and was told he was on his way and should be there around 1:10pm. Left work and arrived at the property at 1:00, and waited till 1:50p and called back to see where the roofer was... Was then told that the assistant miss understood the roof and that he wouldn't be here till at least another hour, or possibly later. I told the assistant no thanks and to cancel the appointment. The manager called to apologize, and said "mistakes happen." Well this mistake will cost me about 2+ hours of work by the time I get back to the office. If scheduling is an issue, imagine what else may be deficient with. Find a company that is customer centered and gets things done right from start to finish. Good Luck!

I've used Alpine to clean my roof for several years and was always very happy with the job. This year, however, Jesus did a terrible job. As I pulled up to the house, a heavy coating of pine needles was still visible, requiring a return visit by another cleaner. (Side note: this returning worker came upon Alderwood Water replacing pipes in the street and claimed the street was closed and the water was shut off, so did not visit that day. I was able to confirm with the workers when I arrived home that neither of these things were true. Did he just not want to complete the visit that day? More waiting...) Jesus clearly did not clean out the gutters prior to starting the wash, so they overflowed on both sides, with pine needles splashed all over the fascia and the fascia behind the gutters wet, setting up the potential for mold and mildew. My deck was left a mess. It appears Jesus used extremely high water pressure during the cleaning, removing a lot of the grit on my new roof shingles. The office staff, including Crystal, has always been superior, but Crystal was unable to see that a quality problem has developed, claiming Jesus has been with them for years. Perhaps, but the quality of Jesus' work has fallen into the toilet. That's a quality problem. (Longevity ≠ good performance/quality) If not acknowledged, it will never get better.
I am sorry that I will now have to find another roofing company to clean my roof. If you don't want to wonder about the quality of your roof-cleaning job and potential corresponding damage, this is not the company for you.

Alpine Roof Care was a fantastic company to work with! Martin did a great job cleaning our roof, making it look brand new. We live in a very wooded area and had a few years of tree debris built up and he got it all cleared off, cleaned out our gutters, and after he was done with the roof he cleaned up the mess on our driveway and deck. They are a very professional company with reasonable prices (I got 3 bids). I am planning on having them come out next summer to replace some skylights.
