Elite Roofing & Remodel

I met with Elite on April 16 and decided on the Da Vinci select shake roof. Delivered the contract & down payment on th 17th. Due to being a special order, the roofing didn't arrive until about July 10. Roofers arrived July 14. Finished roof at about 8 pm on July 15. Gutter group put in the new gutter guards on July 28. I received a form letter on a regular basis while the roofing was being manufactured. Roofers were very efficient and worked hard in high heat. The supervisor and the crew chief kept me informed during the work. The roof looks great! They cleaned up afterwards and even used magnetic "brooms" to sweep the lawn, driveway and driveway for nails and screws. Super job!

We have had a positive experience with Elite Roofing it started with Philip Cady. Philip was professional and timely , he explained the materials to be used and the process. Your bid was not the lowest nor was it the highest, we chose your company from the 5 that we talked with because of your reputation and professionalism.
We were equally impressed with the crew that showed up to do the roof. Alcides and his crew worked extremely hard and was conscientious of the surrounding areas. At the end of each day they checked with the neighbors and cleaned up any debris that may have dropped in the areas. The neighbors commented on how nice the crew was. We had the roof under our deck replaced, and chose Elite Roofing and Remodel based on experience with them on a prior siding repair. Their repair person, Vincent, tore the old torch down roof apart, and found a lot of areas where rot had occurred. He meticulously replaced and repaired the affected structures and also added new support framing. It was a lot of work, but fortunately Vincent was knowledgeable, thorough, and did his best to ensure the new deck was rebuilt to stand up to the elements. My wife and I are very happy with the results.

We are very pleased with our entire experience of working with Elite Roofing & Remodel. This is the second project that they have completed for us. This project was reroofing our work shed. Travis, the estimator, was very prompt in meeting with us, provided what we considered to be a fair proposal and communication with him and the office staff was excellent throughout. We had a Certainteed Northgate asphalt roof installed on our 20 year old home in July 2025. We wanted a Certainteed 50-year extended warranty for our new roof which meant that Elite Roofing had to follow specific guidelines required by Certainteed Inc. John Tracy (senior roofing consultant) helped us put together all the required elements in our contract and was very consultative. Jordan (logistics coordinator) updated us each week as we approached our install date. Andrew (production manager) kept us in the loop as the work progressed and throughout the install process so that there were no surprises and we were always well informed about what was going to happen next. Nathan was responsible for the final roof inspection. He was thorough in instructing the crew on the first day and doing the final inspection. When we needed anything he made sure to provide it to keep our project moving forward. Austin helped deliver and return the heavy vehicles and was extremely conscientious. Alcides (crew job supervisor) did a fantastic job installing our roof and instructing his crew. He was an excellent communicator and a great problem solver who paid attention to detail which we greatly appreciated. Kevin, Fernando, and Junior did an excellent job during installation and kept the job site spotless at the end of each day. Everyone involved was extremely conscientious and treated our property with care and respect. This group of Elite employees worked tirelessly as a team to make sure we were 100% satisfied and delighted with our new roof. This a second home in North Bend and is difficult to get contractors to respond after major disasters, especially from distances like Houston, TX. After the wind event in Nov 2024, and immediately after my call, Travis Near and the office staff scheduled the roof to be tarped to prevent incremental water damage to the interior. Upon our return to the area, repairs were scheduled and just completed. Elite should be proud of their team…Travis, Nildo, Primo, Austin and the entire office staff has been outstanding in meeting our needs here at the house. Clients rarely receive such personalized service. The words that describe the relationship are professional, attention to detail, willingness to meet clients needs, and superb work ethic to mention a few. Recently, Elite Roofing completed a full roof replacement project and I want to share how pleased I am with the entire process and final outcome. Materials used were GAF Grand Sequoia shingles, Thermasheet underlayment for added insulation, and a new Velux skylight with a room darkening interior shade.
The entire staff was a pleasure to work with, from the initial consultant, John, to the office staff, Lisa and Jordan, then to Andrew, the production manager, and the entire roofing crew including Fernando the lead, who did a great job installing the skylight and it's interior shade, plus cleaned the property thoroughly when the job was completed. Lastly, Jose and Vince were great with several final details and the ultimate job review. The entire staff is diligent and hard working, and the final outcome reflects that!

Want a quick way to age yourself? Buy an older house with a flat roof in the PNW…. After having Elite Roofing replace the roof with a pvc membrane, I noticed significant pooling (1 inch +) in numerous areas that would not drain due to sloping issues that no longer allowed for water to flow to the downspouts. I was forced to put a manual sump pump on the roof to drain the significant amount of water that accumulated during rain storms. Needless to say, as my frustration was growing, I reached out to Elite for help. Nildo was sent out to find a creative solution to get the water flowing off and he did just that! After remove the siding along the roof edges and the addition of large long gutters, my roof no longer looks like a pond. Thanks Nildo and Elite for resolving this issue and preventing further damage to the roof frame.

I have been impressed with the job Elite Roofing has done in repairing my metal barn's roof. I had originally contracted WITH ASSET Roofing, which they left uncompleted and with additional damage to the roof. Asset wanted immediate payment, which was done under protest. I asked Elite to correct and restore the roof, which they have done. The communication has been excellent, the price not unreasonable but fair; I am very pleased.

The insurance company for our church inspected its roof and told me one part of it appeared to need replacement. They were hesitant to insure us since the roof was over 10 years old. I called Elite Roofing for an estimate. From my first contact with Krista and Courtney in their office- to John, their estimator- their service was first-class. John arrived on time and did a thorough inspection of the roof. When finished, he came down and asked why I wanted an estimate. "It looks good to me" was his comment.
I told him the story about our inspection. I was pleasantly surprised by his response. "I'd be happy to give you an estimate for this, but you don't need to replace your roof at this time". Then, to address our insurance company's concerns, he offered to write a letter certifying that in his professional opinion this roof will easily last another 5 years without replacement.

This is a service-oriented, honest roofing company that cares about their customers and deserves the best review I can give. I'll be calling Elite Roofing when it's really time for replacement.

Initially, I called Elite Roofing & Remodel due to leaking roof. Upon arrival, Elite Roofing representative manage to quickly identify and fixed the leak. This resulted in minimizing the repair cost. Later on, Elite Roofing was able to clean the roof and provide minor repairs. Roen did a great job clearing the moss build on the roof. He made sure that the surroundings were free from debris caused by the roof cleaning.

We woke up to water on our floor from our roof leaking... called Elite who called back right away. Travis was extremely helpful and reassuring. Offered to have someone come and tarp it off till they could evaluate.
Then Nildo came out and we couldn't have been happier! This guy was so confident that he could/ would fix this. He was here for hours and did and unbelievable job! whoever installed our metal roof did a lot of things wrong.

We had a chronic issue with squirrels gaining access to our attic, so we asked Elite come out to find and patch the holes. The very next day, a worker came out and told us that they found holes in two of our side vents, which lead directly into the attic. Great, we signed a contract for them to repair these holes. Fast forward an entire month later, and the team finally came out and repaired the holes. However, the squirrels came back inside our attic within an hour of the team leaving. Not wanting to deal with another 30+ day waiting period, we hired a different company who came out and immediately found numerous massive holes on our roof. They said they were so obvious that the only explanation was that the original person from Elite never actually went onto the roof - they must have only looked for holes from the ground, which is how they saw the broken vents on the side of the house. This was obviously completely useless since our issue was pest control, and especially since we specifically asked them to look at the entire roof. Huge waste of our time, money, and damage to our attic. Disappointed and will unfortunately not be using again.

Elite was one of two roofing companies I contacted for a large roof replacement project. They came in under the other company with a higher quality shingle. They started the project pretty quickly which I was appreciative of as my insurance company wanted a new roof on the property. The project was completed within 10 days even though there was snow and ice stopping them from working 4 of those days.

I'm really pleased with the final product, it looks great and the cleanup they did was excellent as well.

Elite did a fantastic job on my roof replacement. They were almost perfect on estimating the number of plywood replacements I needed and ended up doing a majority of the work while the family was out of town so we didn't hear any of the noise or mess associated with the replacement. The crew (Jorge, Raul, Diego & Sergio) were friendly, clean and efficient in their process and experienced installing a metal roof. Nate did the final inspection and even walked me through how to get on a metal roof if needed. Overall, i am very pleased with the work they performed.

Had Elite Roofing out to fix a problem another roofer caused (didn’t attach roof vent so we had a hole in the attic). Inmer was the tech that came out. Extremely professional. Took pictures as he did the work and explained each part to me. He was very quick, but provided quality work. Highly recommend Elite Roofing and Inmer!

Elite did a great job of cleaning my cedar shake roof. Shakes are difficult to clean without damaging. Not only did they clean and re-nail as needed, but put plastic around my home to cover plantings from residue damage. Highly recommend the crew as well. Courteous and hard working.

Great experience with Elite Roofing for our roof replacement. Friendly and great communication from the entire team from the moment we had the quote, to getting the work done, to having the post-work inspection done. Crew was speedy and thorough, took care of the property and clean up after. It's been a couple weeks since the work was done and we haven't had any issues. Would highly recommend!

We did a major remodel on a 100 year old home in Everett on Rucker Hill, to the tune of $700,000 - and our contractor cut a few corners which resulted in a major leak in our roof near a skylight. The water damaged our freshly painted sheetrock & ceiling and also bubbled the paint on our beautiful, freshly spray painted, custom molding & trip.

I called our contractor and never heard back from him or his roofing company. So, being a Windermere Real Estate Agent, I called Elite Roofing, a company I have used on numerous occasions, including one complete new roof & gutter installation on a home we formally owned in Snohomish.

Unlike our contractor, Jesse Draper from Elite Roofing NW called us right back and sent out an individual named Ivis, the very next day.

Ivis showed up, inspected the issue and called his supervisor, Travis. Travis called and told me it was going to cost just under $1,000 plus tax and Ivis could do the job that same day.

I agree, and at around Noon, Ivis went to get some materials, returned and worked from ~1:30 pm until well past dinner time.

I could see he was doing a thorough job, stripping back the comp roof around the skylight, and then installing a 4’ wide rubber “Ice & Rain Barrier” around the entire skylight and up the skylight’s boxed in framework.

I was now well past dinner time, I was impressed and concerned so I went down to a fast food drive-through in the area and bought him some dinner. I told Ivis to take a break and enjoy the view from our roof. He was very grateful and said “Thank you. I needed that!

I was 100% grateful and very impressed with Ivis’ attention detail, effective solution and seamless finish of the roofing materials upon completion.

Ivis did such a great job, I asked Travis from Elite Roofing NW to give us an estimate on what it would cost to do the same treatment around the remaining two skylights. As soon as Travis gives us that estimate, we are going to have Elite Roofing and Ivis do the precautionary repair or treatment around our other two skylights.

Bottomline, I would NOT HESITATE to give a strong recommendation for anybody in need of some roofing work, to Elite Roofing.

When a tree fell on my roof, my insurance company originally assigned the project to a different roofing company. The previous company was not getting back to me and not giving the information I needed. I found they were subcontracting the inspections to Elite Roofing and I eventually got in touch with Elite. Travis, who was not even assigned to my project, provided guidance through the entire process. He checked in often from inspection, bid, to completed roof, Jordan their coordinator provided updates almost every week. Also, Jose the project lead went above and beyond in my inspection. Elite got the answers I needed from my insurance company. Ultimately, they were the best bid and provided a quality re-roof. I care for quality, efficient workmanship and clear communication (which is hard to find these days). Elite Roofing embodied all of these. I would definitely work with them again in the future!

Elite Roofing recently completed our annual roof cleaning, and we were very pleased with the service. Zach was professional, thorough, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. The morning after a devastating windstorm, Elite Roofing took my call and came out that same day to put a tarp over our damaged roof. The tarp held until they were able to come out a few weeks later to replace the whole roof. They got the job done in one day and a great quality work.

I was very impressed with Phillip's presentation, professionalism, and the clear and thorough contract. The crew, managed by Igor, arrived early each morning and worked at least 9 to 10 hours daily.

At the end of each day, the crew cleaned up all of the debris and let me know that they were leaving. Igor and his crew were friendly everyday and it was a pleasure to work with them.

The entire job finished in about 4 days and I've had a number of neighbors comment on how great it looks.

We recently contracted Elite Roofing to do some repair work on our roof. This the first time we have worked with this company, but it won't be the last. We had such a great experience! I was able to get an appointment just a day after calling, and Travis came out on time to our house to assess the problem area on our roof. He was very polite and friendly, and answered all the questions we had about the process. He and his coworker Inmer were able to assess the situation and determine exactly where the problem was and what needed to be done. The quote they gave us was very reasonable and never did I experience any kind of "hard sell" (eg. trying to get me to replace the entire roof instead of repairing), which I really appreciated! They were even able to squeeze our job in a bit earlier than expected. Oswaldo was the man who came out to do the repair, and he was excellent, He arrived on time, was polite and professional, assessed the situation, explained to us what he was going to do, and then took both before and after pictures to show us what he did. He even put up a piece of gutter-guard on one of the gutters that had fallen off in a wind storm- not something that was in the scope of the job but he did it for us to be nice.

Throughout the process, both Travis and Courtney in the office were prompt in responding to any questions I had. I was really impressed with their customer service! They won a customer for life with this job.

Addendum: I am adding to my previous review because I recently had Elite out again to do a roof cleaning for us. Angel came out to do the work, and explained to me in detail everything that they would be doing He did a great and very thorough job, and then left the area around the house cleaner than it was when he arrived. He was also very pleasant and polite! Once again, Elite scores a 5/5 for me.

Had to scramble to fix a leak after winter windstorms. Elite was super knowledgeable and efficient in identifying and fixing the leaks. Highly recommend!

Elite Roofing and Remodel installed our wooden shingle roof 10 years ago, prior to our ownership. They serviced our roof last fall and replaced a displaced shingle. Travis provided excellent advice regarding future care. He coordinated recent roof cleaning with a light power wash and gutter cleaning and repair. He was very professional, polite, and responsive to my questions. Angel and Zach performed the light power wash and gutter cleaning. They were very polite and professional as well. They cleaned up all the debris in our yard after the power wash, including some debris on our home siding. Inmer replaced a rusted furnace chimney. He was equally professional and polite. He and his partner also installed a device on our chimney. They were also very neat. It was a pleasure to have them work on our home. Travis arranged for his team to return to caulk a gutter after a leak was discovered after the cleaning, and that was done in a very timely fashion. The price for the service was fair, and I plan to continue to use Elite Roofing and Remodel for future servicing of our roof. Elite Roofing and Remodel has my highest level of recommendation.

I needed my gutters, and roof cleaned a repair on the deck around my pool, and a wooden deck on my back patio removed and replaced. With advice from Travis, I chose TREX for the decking. Nildo and his crew came to my house, introduced themselves and started work. The were courteous, efficient, industrious, and friendly. If they had any questions about their plan, they communicated it to me. Upon completion of the project, they cleaned up the worksite and left it absolutely perfect.
