It's a very nice looking roof and they did a more thorough job than the previous roofer. There is reinforcement on the long corners and metal under the shingles at the edges, which I didn't get before. Also places at the top to attach safety ropes for future work. I know nothing about roofs, but the leakage I was getting during heavy rains with my old (approximately 20-year-old) roof has stopped. They also did a thoughtful job running new gutters--so my cellar doesn't flood during heavy rains. I would encourage anyone getting a new roof to take very seriously the instructions to clear the yard of anything that might be damaged, if possible, because if materials can't be delivered directly to the roof, they are going to lay them all over the yard and also the heavy debris from the old roof are going to be dropped on the yard. Raised garden beds and even hedges can be vulnerable. They did take great care to avoid breaking any windows on the neighboring houses, which are five feet away. The "Service not listed" refers to a small area where siding was blown off in a storm, adjacent to where the old roof was leaking, which seems to have been replaced with tar paper, and some of the facia on one of the dormers which was rotting, which was replaced but not painted. Habitat for Humanity gave me this roof so I have nothing to say about the price.

We're very happy with the quality and timeliness of the installation. Also, we asked them come out a separate time to inspect the roof of our shop. KLIM Roofing & Construction did a fantastic job replacing my roof this winter. When I discovered I had a leak near my chimney in January I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP before I had any mold or other damages. I consulted multiple contractors and all stated the roof needed to be replaced. Tom Stancik of KLIM spent the most time looking at my roof, including climbing up and walking it. He was also the only rep who asked to look at the attic space, assess the underside and examine the leak around the chimney. He was the only one to build a detailed analysis of the ventilation issues. KLIM’s offer provided the most options and flexibility, as this unexpected issue was a major hit to my budget. We worked out a deal that was only a few percent higher than the other bidders, but for a clearly superior product with a guarantee that had better coverage & a longer term than the competition.
The 4-man crew was top notch. They worked swiftly, completing the project in about 4 days, working as needed between occasional downpours. When the rains came, they quickly buttoned up the roof to protect my house. Though speedy, they never sacrificed quality. Octavio was the crew lead. Obviously experienced, he commanded the job with professionalism and focus. His son Anthony performed the final inspection, not just the roof but the cleanup, and addressed all my questions and concerns on the spot. A+ job.

Before payment, Tom Stanick came by in person and we both inspected the job again to ensure everything was done to my admittedly high standards. KLIM passed.

This summer KLIM replaced my roof. They were always on time and worked throughout the day. The crew was industrious and friendly. They took carry of my garden and yard. Every evening they cleaned up their work area. I would use they again if I needed a roof.

Klim provided a quote an assessment document detailing the exact plan. The risks and how they were going to tackle them. Was the most professional quote experience I have had in 10 years. I would highly recommend Chad. I've been talking to him, going back and forth in deciding, but he finally gave me a good deal. I have a 2,690 square feet roof, including mother in-law apartment, and they did a really good job. Daniel is one of the project managers and he always communicated with me, he told me I needed to replace the plywood, showed me pictures, and told me the options. These guys are really good and finished the project in one week even though the weather was terrible. I would highly recommend KLIM Roofing.

The entire team at KLIM roofing did a great job! I can’t say enough about the experience we had. The estimate was the most thorough we received comparing several other contractors. The price was in the median, but I believe the GAF product they use is very high quality and was one of the reasons the bid was slightly higher. We also included two new skylights that were not even mentioned by the others.

The work was started promptly and Octavio and his crew always arrived on time with great attitudes. The work was done as expected, communication was great, and clean up was done daily to pick up trash and especially nails that sometime didn’t make it to the dumpster. Follow-up was also done to address any final concerns along with a final inspection.

We live in a mid-century home in Kirkland and had a 30+ year old cedar shake roof that needed to be replaced. It was a big undertaking and our neighborhood/home/lot provided some unique challenges. We chose KLIM not because they were the lowest bid but because we felt like their team was the most experienced and equipped to tackle our job.

They knocked it out of the park! We went with the GAF Grand Sequoia and love the fit and finish. We also had them to remove and replace our barge/facia boards. This has given our home a refreshed/clean look! The quality of their craftsmanship is on true display w/ the new facia. They replaced our 1x12 white wood w/ 2x12 cedar and it looks killer! I would recommend KLIM to family and friends - they were true professionals!

A contractor friend recommended KLIM for my mom's house roof replacement. They did not disappoint. I inquired on a Friday and Tom came out the next day for measurements. By that Monday he had a complete estimate completed. They got us in the schedule and around a month later, Skip headed up the work. We were kept informed all along they way. Considering it was a big job (old leaky skip sheathing cedar, to modern up to code asphalt shingles) it only took them a week. Actually a pleasurable experience. Very happy with the quality roof and would definitely recommend!

Klim did a great job re-roofing my home. The crew cleaned up daily and I mean with magnet rollers and blowers.
My attic ventilation was poor and that problem was rectified during the reroof.
The price was fair and the workmanship was good. I am a contractor, so I am admittedly picky about this stuff!

Our salesperson, Tom, was friendly and thoroughly presented all of our options. Estimate was very fair based on my online research.
Work was scheduled according to our availability and only took 3 days (1,800sq home with relatively low pitched roofline). Final bill was exactly as estimated. Tom and Skip were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend Klim roofing (and have) to others!

The three folks from KLIM showed up on July 8 in the morning. By the afternoon we realized that a lot of the plywood sheeting had failed due to no air gap between the insulation and plywood.

We picked up all the baffles that night and Tuesday and Wednesday was spent removing plywood and placing baffles and new plywood.

Thursday and Friday they completed the rest of the work and left Friday evening.

I attached pictures from the failed roof, an example of the baffling, and the final roof.

All said, they did a great job and kept all expectations clear, particularly as this job grew way beyond the scope of what everyone expected from the beginning.

Klim Roofing (Tom) did the re-roofing work for my old roof. They were very knowledgeable and walked me through several options. They also gave me good advice on some of the details such as the roof color and style based on my home. I really like how the new roof turned out!

They didn't miss any potential risks such as a dead valley area which had previously been flagged by a separate inspection. The new roof was also upgraded with better, industry-standard venting system.

Their estimate was competitive and precise. All of the costs were transparent with various options for me to choose from. They also warned me that I might need some extra materials because my roof was old. It turned out I didn't need any, but it was great to know in advance so I don't get surprised. During the roofing, Tom found that there was a small issue with the siding in contact with the roof being too old, but he called me right away to let me know.

Overall their work was quick and professional. Communication was fast and they were able to tell me in real time what was happening during the roofing. They actually finished a bit earlier than originally stated. The only thing was that the dump container stayed in my driveway for a couple days after the job, but I didn't really mind or I would've asked them to move it.

Where do i start, we had a new roof installed 12 years ago that was leaking and creating mold. The large company that installed the roof would not stand behind there craftsmanship or product. Finding out we now needed to install another new roof you can say we were very gun shy to who we chose for the job. After getting several bids and talking to many different companies we still didn’t feel good about the choices we had to pick from. I was referred to KLIM by a contractor friend. I am an architect, and very picky about both appearance and technical execution of work on my own home, and my friend did not steer me wrong. KLIM’s staff are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and accommodating, and we went from our first meeting to a beautifully completed composition shingle roof in less than a month. The project include three Velux skylights, installed exactly as we had designed. Not only was KLIM on time and on very reasonable budget, they also kept the site remarkably tidy during demo and installation. I highly recommend KLIM for any residential roofing project.

My experience with KLIM roofing was great. I had active leaking and water damage, and KLIM was quick to address my needs. On the same day I choose to go with them, they had a properly installed tarp on the roof to stop any more water damage. They were able to work me into their schedule so that within two weeks my house was dry with a new, beautiful roof. Tom, sales manager, went above and beyond to explain the process and answer all of my questions. He was the biggest reason I went with the company as he was very professional and personable. Roofing crew Octavio and son were wonderful and did such a good job. I highly recommend KLIM roofing. Klim roofing replaced the roof and gutter system on my house and garage. Tom was excellent at communication and taking the time to meet with us about color schemes and material types. I recently had my 20-year-old roof replaced by the fine folks at KLIM Roofing. From start to finish, Chad, Josh, and Bill made the process seamless and the quality of work was great. Not only did they replace my roof, but they also replaced rotten roof sheathing and fascia which looks amazing! KLIM put a roof on my new build house. It failed in a wind storm roughly 3 months later. It was claimed that this was not covered by any warranty, so I had to have a large portion of my roof replace at my own expense. Over the two years that have followed, we have needed to replace/repair 3 different areas of the roof KLIM installed. The roofers we have used to repair the roof have all said the same thing; the original roof was poorly installed, with nails improperly placed, too few nails used, and too high of pressure used on KLIM’s nail guns so that the nails went all the way through the shingles in many places.
Through all of this, KLIM has been largely unresponsive to my multiple calls. I have repeatedly been told a person in charge named Josh would reach out to me, however he has never attempted to contact me to this day.
At this point, doing business with KLIM has cost us thousands of dollars, with no end in sight as we still have plenty more KLIM roofing to be blown off the next time the wind gusts.

Started the project on schedule & stayed on schedule (weather permitting) until completion. Cleaned up at the the end of each work day. They were careful & considerate with items & materials. The roofers were friendly & courteous to during the entire project.

Chad and Josh at KLIM were great to work with on our roof replacement. Any concern I had on the job was addressed with a quality response. Our project had a few unique challenges and Josh was great in making sure I was happy, and Chad real good about explaining everything. Choosing a contractor for a new roof is a big deal. I had bids in hand from 3 different contractors, but at the urging of my neighbor who had recently re-roofed, I reached out to Klim before choosing. I'm glad that I did. They offered a high quality product at a budget that was right for us, and great service. They weren't the absolute cheapest, but they were competitive on price and MUCH less costly than our high bid. In my experience, Klim provided value for a good quality product, and they were great to work with. A big stand out for me was Chad, their sales rep. He was super personable, responsive to questions, brought me big, full-sized sample boards in order to choose our shingles, stopped by to check in on the work, and for concerns that did pop up during or even after our re-roof, he helped me get things resolved to my full satisfaction. Klim stands behind their work. If I had it to do again, I'd go with the same contractor. Enough said.

Very disappointed with this company. I hired them on a good reference to put on a new roof on my house. Numerous issues. I requested all equipment and trash be picked up over the weekend due to a la he number of expected guests. They knew well before starting the job. I had to make numerous calls to get someone out to pick it all up. A large flower bed was backed into and broken beyond repair. No one bothered to tell me about it until I found it a few days later, they promised to repair it which they never did nor did they compensate me for it. Kept telling me they would make it right guy for both situations which n bet happened. I was also told that if the plywood costs come down at the time of service the price would be adjusted. Prices came down dramatically but not on the final invoice, I had to call to have it corrected. Im very disappointed with Kilm Roofing a d will not recommend them.

Chad was extremely patient answering all of my many, many questions and helped with information that I didn't even know I needed to know in selecting the new roof. I appreciate that he didn't try to sell me services and work that I didn't need. The workers were prompt, focused and efficient. They completed the job quickly and did a nice job cleaning up before leaving. The roof looks great and, even though I'm confident that they did great work, it's added peace of mind that it comes with a great warranty.
