Smith Roofing LLC - Rigby, ID

We purchased a house with a roof under warranty by Smith Roofing. After the first leak started last winter, we called and were told nothing could be done until spring. I've called and spoke to a receptionist 5 times throughout the spring and summer. Every time I was told that a manager would call me back to schedule a roof inspection. It's now winter again and I haven't received a single phone call. We will be finding a more responsible company to fix our roof.

I have been using Smith Roofing for many. years now and each time I do the work is professionally done and on time. Just had some repair done to my Wyoming home after the massive snow this winter. Smith's came over and took care of my problem and I'm ready for the new winter.

They don't even deserve one star! We have never been treat so unprofessionally by a company before and to be told we are not a priority! I would spend my money at a company that will do the job in a timely manner and will talk to me with respect! We will not be going with this company again!!

They accurately diagnosed the problem with our roof. They were busy, but they made time to help us. Their bid was accurate.
