On June 21st I paid $7000 deposit to have my roof done. Some guy named Joe came to my house and picked up the check. I wanted a receipt and he was going to go to the office and send it. It never came. I drove to the office on Deon and there was an eviction notice for failure to pay rent. I called Glen and asked if he received my check. He said he had. I demanded a receipt and one was sent. He fabricated a story about not being evicted and said the new office was next to Don Aslett’s store by Fred Meyer. That proved to be a lie.
Several installation dates were pushed forward due to weather, lack of supplies, a wreck… my roof was leaking and the damage continued to get worse. For three months I’ve had blue and pink tarps flapping in the wind but no new roof. The communication has ceased and now I’m in a real bind. I have uncovered some real unsavory facts about Glen Smith. DO Not under any circumstances do business with him. So sad, he used to be highly recommended.

These guys are SCAMMERS!! RUN!!! They were very responsive until we gave them or large deposit check. Then completely ghosted. We were supposed to have our roof replaced the day before we closed on our house but no one showed up and we have been unable to contact anyone. They are screening our calls and completely ignoring us. We now cannot close on our house until next week IF we can get the roof replaced. This has been the most stressful situation in my life and Smith Roofing has made it so much worse. Now they are refusing to give us our deposit money back. So we’re out almost 8k and still don’t have a replaced roof! We will be taking legal action!

Stay way from these guys!!!

We hired them September 7th and paid them a deposit. They promised to have our roof done by September 27th. We never heard from them again. We’ve called several times and get no answer. Every once in a while we get a cryptic text from one of them saying that they are trying to get a crew over to get the job done. But then no one ever shows up. Keep your money and stay away!! Hire someone else.

Disclaimer: Smith Roofing didn't install my roof.... after a huge rainstorm I discovered a wet spot in my garage when we were supposed to be moving within 10 days! We had sold the house, but the buyers hadn't signed yet. I called Smith Roofing in a panic the next day and they sent the best dude over to take care of this area of the roof and seal it up tight and guarantee it so that the first time home buyers buying my house won't have to panic either. I felt very well taken care of by these guys. I don't have a ton of experience with roofers, but I was impressed by their willing to bend over backward to take care of a customer.

This company goes above and beyond to ensure quality work and customer satisfaction. Specializing in insurance claims and handling your adjuster for you takes a huge stress off your shoulders. Would recommend them for not only your roofs but other general contractor needs.

Smith Roofing was great to work with - the team was able to reshingle the roof in one day and the cleanup was fantastic - no nails or debris to be found. Roof looks great.

They did a great job. They removed 2 layers of shingles and got most of the new shingles on in a day. They finished up the following morning.

Was great to work with from the start to finish I felt like they cared about making sure I felt I was being taken care of. No matter all the concerns Glen made sure all of my concerns were addressed. They offered me the best bid that covered both reroofing and repairs needing to be done. Adam inspected our roof and discovered we need a new one! He has always been very professional when he's contacted me! He and Glen are working with our insurance so we can get our roof replaced. They are great to work with!

Isaiah came and gave us a quote. He was good about keeping us updated and very friendly. Once the work started and there were things that both Isaiah and Glen warned us about came into play, Glen was more than willing to give us options. The workers were here and finished the job in 2 1/2 days ( the half day was thanksgiving).

Glen sent out Scott and he was kind and very professional. Even though he knew we were just getting quotes from other businesses he was not pushy about the sale. He was kind and understanding. He also left us with assurance that if we decided to go with them that they guarantee their work and if we needed anything afterwords not to hesitate to call.

Glen and his staff are very professional. Scott came out and gave us a quote. We will definitely use this company again and will definitely referr friends and family.

Had damage due to a storm and they came out very quickly and proficiently fixed the damage before any further damage could come from the issue the workmanship of the job was very much up to standard and they were very professional and worked with my schedule I highly recommend using this company as I will in the future

Glen was very personable and easy to work with. I had two other bids from different companies and they came across as pushy salesman with very inflated bids. My roof had 3 inches of moss growing underneath and had to be completely stripped off but they managed the entire job, plus clean up in one day!
