Run don't walk away from this company's cabinet department. Worst experience EVER. First of all they never called us to tell us the cabinets had arrived in their warehouse, it had been about 8 weeks and we just stopped in to inquire on the cabinets and were told they were there. Second of all it then took like 3 weeks for the install date to be scheduled. Third of all, what got delivered were the wrong size cabinets! Rather than take responsibility for the issue, just unprofessionally blamed previous employees. Fourth of all, we told them to come and get their items and we wanted a refund. That took 4 days for them to pick up. And lastly, we were never told that we would need to physically come back into the building to receive the refund. 2 days later and no refund we stopped in again inquiring on the refund THAT took 4 guys hovering over a computer for 20 minutes trying to figure out how to refund our money. And yes, you do need to supply the original credit card for them to refund your money.

Someone came to our home to measure for new doors, we were told we would hear something that evening for a quote and that installation could be done within the time frame we asked for. 5 days passed with no phone call, even after me and my husband called to check on it several times, we never heard a thing. Terrible.

The most horrible experience I have ever had! The staff and managers kept lying to us. I kept being told they would be by at a specific date to pick up some extra material, never happened. When we started building a good amount of the wood was sub-par and damaged, I needed it replaced. They said they would come out and replace it. Called 3 times and was told times they would come get it. No show. I got apologized to each time I called and told this normally doesn't happen but it did. After 2 weeks of holding up work, I told them I wanted all of the material off my property and asked for a refund and I will take my business elsewhere. The next day they came and picked up the wood and left my yard a royal mess. No solid effort was made on there end to make things right. VERY disappointed. Do not do business with these people.

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
