He kept us updated with drone shots of the roof replacement's progress throughout the day, and was great at communicating. we did have a bit of a situation where a sudden rainstorm caused some water to seep through the unfinished roof and stained our ceilings (where tarps couldn't be set up quickly enough). but being the professionals they are, they took care of the situation and even paid for painters to repaint the ceilings (multiple times in those areas) so you couldn't even tell it happened. it was an uncommon and unfortunate event, but walter handled it so professionally and ensured that the painters worked around our schedule, which was very comforting. i will definitely be hiring these guys again soon to replace our gutters and for any other roofing needs we might have in hardy!

We're expecting our inspector to come back for a re-evaluation of the new roof so we can avail a wind protection discount on our homeowner's insurance. If he finds any problem, i'll update this review. But for now, i can confidently say that thanks to santiago, this roofing company offers exceptional customer service and is incredibly responsive.
