I have used Wes Barbee, owner of Smith Lake Home Services, to build 2 homes for me on Smith Lake in the state of Alabama. The current home he is building for me is approximately 5,000 sq.ft. I have never been so impressed with a builder as I am with Mr. Barbee, especially given the fact that I am located in California and he is building for me in Alabama. Mr. Barbee is a BUILDER’S dream contractor because he is attentive to the smallest detail, he communicates with me almost daily, he sees my vision with great clarity, and is attentive to staying within budget for the job. My wife and I are extremely blessed to have Wes as our contractor and recommend him HIGHLY to anyone needing a great contractor with impeccable skills and integrity.
They have done multiple projects for my family and have never disappointed. Great attention to detail and listened and applied the plan discussed. Highly recommend.
