Jay and team replaced our siding and gutters. Jay is easy to work with. He offered multiple options and estimates as we hadn't settled on budget and scope. As work began, they dealt with issues and changes well. They completed work on time/budget. They cleaned up the worksite every day before leaving. We're very happy with the quality of the work. It looks great!

Jay and his team did excellent work replacing cedar siding on our home with Hardie. They managed a very tight space between houses to complete the job on our 4-story townhouse. Our landscaping was protected and the job site was completely clean when the team was finished. The best part about working with Jay was the communication throughout. Jay sent prompt estimates and always kept us informed of the timeline. It was great working with Jay and his team. I would hire them again for future work!

Smith Exteriors did a great job replacing cedar siding with synthetic wood-look material. I live in a two-unit townhouse where our wooden siding was damaged. We initially planned to repair and re-stain the siding, but after doing some research into Woodtone synthetic siding, we decided to think long-term and go for the material that wouldn’t need staining for 20 years. Jay was great: he brought over samples of the material, gave us a good quote, and kept us posted about timelines. We had some delays in the materials getting delivered, but after 1.5 days of work on site, our homes look great. Thanks so much!

Highly recommended. Jay and his team were able to complete a project (siding and chimney demo) in an efficient manner while at a competitive price. We hired Smith Exteriors in May to replace our old cedar siding. Jay and his crew did an amazing job! They quickly stripped the old siding off, repaired damaged/rotted sheathing, installed new sheathing in areas that didn't have any, and even installed missing insulation. They then began installing the new Hardie fiber cement siding around the property, replacing vents, caulking, and painting the exterior. Throughout the entire process Jay and his crew were very transparent, easy to talk to, honest, professional, and hard working. The entire job was done in a timely manner and at a very fair and competitive price. We are extremely pleased with the outcome, our home looks like new!
