Excellent customer service from start to finish. Anthony Price inspect our roof and discussed all details with insurance officer. Process was easy from inspection to approval. Daniel Bowling explained us the whole process including materil to signing up the paper work. Rich Rojas was our project manager, shared the details from start to finish, easy to communicate and promptly replied to all our questions. Overall stasified with whole process.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Tom shepherded our insurance claim through the process and made easy what we expected to be an ordeal. Haley understood exactly what we needed for the roof replacement and did not try to “upsell.” Rich kept us informed at every stage of our project install and was especially accommodating of last-minute scheduling changes on our end.

SmartRoof replaced my neighbor’s roof after receiving damage from a recent storm. During the work I spoke with SmartRoof representative Alex Issacs about inspecting my roof and he found damage to mine as well. SmartRoof's professional staff worked with me to get a full roof replacement from my insurance company.
The roof work was of excellent quality, so I contracted to do more exterior work to make the rest of the house look as well as the new roof. There were a few hiccups along the way, but I credit Project Manager Nevin Byrd with going over and above to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.

Smartroof did a wonderful job installing my whole roof in one day. My project manager Caleb assured me the installation was going smoothly. They handled the claim with my insurance, were onsite with the evaluation, walked me through the installation process, and was there the day of the install. The SmartRoof team came out to inspect a bit of storm damage to the roof and were very helpful with walking through documentation of damage, setting up insurance claim and inspection, then finally doing the repair. Everyone on the team was very responsive and helpful walking through timelines, process, and exactly what was needed. The installation was very quick with the team thoroughly cleaning the yard and even touching up paint scratches on the deck before leaving. Very happy overall with the project and my roof looks better than ever!

SmartRoof's installation of a new roof, gutters, and skylight was a well organized project with a very positive outcome. Caleb Henderson, our project manager, was consistently able to answer our questions before, during and after the installation. While the project was well done, there were a few slips, albeit minor, that Caleb had taken photos of to show us and his boss.They were resolved within a day.

Overall, we were impressed by the workers skill, pace and clean up. Our project manager, Caleb, was totally on-the-job and kept us well informed throughout the project. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend SmartRoof's services.

Everyone involved in replacing my roof made the process as easy as possible, from Jonathan Alder coming out to inspect the roof and advise us on the best path forward to Zach Swallow managing the installation to all of the roofers and painters that did the work. All of my questions and concerns were answer and I'm very happy to have a nice dry house.

We have a very difficult roof. The installation showed up with a good plan and executed it very well. Isai, the foreman, was phenomenal. We replaced our skylights which was very messy. He took care of everything. The entire crew was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Thomas was great as the project coordinator and would highly recommend SmartRoof to others.
