My roof looks great! Smart Roofing did an excellent job on my roof replacement. Their price was very reasonable and they completed the job in a day! They even replaced the shingles on my shed to match the house. Thiago was great to work with. Excellent communication and always quick to answer any questions. He helped us navigate a warranty recall on our old shingles free of charge, no strings attached. Highly recommend.

Very professional to initially present my options given the roof condition, answer any and all of my stupid questions without a single hesitation or frustration. After the initial quote I was told all details of when process would start and how long it will take. We got our roof replacement done with smartroofing , they are very professional , roofing done nicely , they done it three days with short span of time .thiago is very knowledgeable and explains any doubts you ask .

Quick tip: as customer it's your responsibility to make sure your get quote, estimate and calculate any unexpected charge later , for roof as you have surprise charges always

For ex, plywood got water damaged , more than one layer of singles to remove etc ) , ask thigo to include this items in advance , else surprise charges might possible.

Adding one by one issue later you found in middle of doing roof changing and revisiting estimate while doing roof or after is not create pleasant experience and peacefulness!! I went through .
I recommend them .but plan and get your estimate properly

He installed professional touches such as the metal in the valleys, took out the box vents and installed ridge vents and flashing to protect eaves and fascia boards.
