I had 11 different companies give bids for my roof - I did my due diligence and homework! Scott from Smart Roofing definitely earned my business. He used a high quality product (Owens Corning) while beating the prices of those using a lesser product. His communication was top-notch. He made sure I knew what was going on during every step of the process. Scott's crew arrived exactly when scheduled and were polite and professional. I couldn't be more pleased with the results - the entire process could not have been better done.

I just got my roof done recently and it looks amazing. Scott made the process so easy. He also didn’t try and push me to buy any products I didn’t want, which I really appreciate! The workers arrived on time and worked so hard to finish my roof in a day despite it being 100+ degrees. They really have a good team. It was fast, easy, professional, and it looks amazing!

Refoofed our house. Saves money, because as I was preparing to sign a contract an entire reroofing,Scott suggested that we do a layover. That we did not need to do an entire strip down and thenreproof.

Smart Roofing is a family owned business.. My roof really looks great, done in 1/2 a day. They also replaced boards on my Facia. Scott the owner personally came to my house & gave me a free estimate for both. Also came out when the job was done to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

Smart Roofing Company and their crew was fabulous. Scott and I agreed on a price and he delivered the product and crew as promised. In my case, the crew a was very efficient, timely and cleaned up very well. If you need a new roof or repairs, call Smart Roofing.

I highly recommend Smart Roofing and Remodeling. We needed a new roof and after getting several unsettling estimates, my husband called Scott, the owner of Smart Roofing. He called back the same day and scheduled a consultation visit. We had a great time getting to know Scott and his wife during the visit. Scott asked pertinent questions as we went along and presented all our options. The final estimate was right in the ballpark for our budget!

The roof was done in one day by his excellent crew. They arrived and started work promptly at 8am and worked till the job was done, then cleaned the entire yard.

We are happy that we found Smart Roofing.After all was said and done. We are VERY HAPPY with the roof. The workmen was polite when I asked questions and wanted to be sure that I was satisfied with the answers. They cleaned good cause it had gotten dark and my porch lights was not . strong to see around the area. Very good company and Good Job.

I called Smart Roofing and Remodeling when I found that we had wind damage to our roof. My heart had dropped to my toes and my head was swimming. It is an overwhelming sensation to just discover you have roof damage. Scott answered and said he could meet with us that afternoon, I began to breath again.

Scott was prompt and within minutes we knew we had connected with excellence. While he was here he described our options, shared his experience, and presented the quality products efficiently with zero pressure. He laid out a timeline, was down to earth and never led us astray.

He came back with a very reasonable estimate, and this is where I got excited - in our living room HE made the call to our insurance company for us, with us on speaker. The process was moving forward with EASE! He later followed up with our insurance company and found out who our adjuster was and he had worked with that individual before. These are all signs of experience and each step made me feel more comfortable.

The greatest evidence of strong professionalism was when he met with the adjuster and went back up on our 2-story roof and walked around with him being a much needed advocate, one that we could never have been for ourselves. This was proven when we recieved the insurance company's offer - yet again we were getting more relief, because we were relying on Scott.

While we were waiting for the funds from Met-Life Insurance Company to be direct deposited into our account, there was a report that we were going to get rain. Scott came out with waterproof material and covered the battered shingles to protect us from further damage.

Our roof was 16 years old, the insurance company did not offer to pay for the whole roof - so now we had a decision to make - do we have the entire roof replaced? And if so, how do we pay for it?

Scott left us a link to companies that he had partnered with that provide financing. To me this was the next coolest thing! We clicked on it, filled out a very minimal application and in seconds we were approved for a small loan with 0% interest for 18 months....OH my goodness! How cool is that?

Our roof was done yesterday, in one day! They came, worked hard, cleaned up and we have a brand new 30 year, great looking roof over the home we love, with very little effort on our part. We could not be more pleased! Scott came back twice to check on the activity while the crew was working, then back today to look at the finished product with us, making sure we were completely satisfied and let us know he guarantees the labor for 5 years.

In summary, Craig and I could not have chosen a better roofing company for our home in Meridian and we are very grateful for having called Smart Roofing and encourage anyone in the valley and beyond to do the same. The crew that installed the roof were good, hard working and honest. They never let up until they were finished. The roof is really nice. The ridge line and edging is nice and straight.
