Sam, and his crews, do fantastic work! My home looks like new construction! My new roof, my new siding! This is the second time I used Sam, and his crew, after this hail storm in 2023.
First time I used Sam, was after the derecho, in 2020.
Sam was doing the neighbors roof, and siding.
I asked Sam for an estimate. Sam did not hesitate! Yah Yah Yah, Sam said, I get you estimate. I was pleased with the estimate. Most importantly, I was pleased with the work across the street, at the Shelley’s.

Smart Roofing did a fantastic job in replacing our roof, siding, and gutters. Sam was always available and happy to answer any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable, did a great job coordinating the work we needed done, and returned calls/finished work in a timely manner. We have had Smart Roofing do work on our house more than once because of hail damage. They are very honest, very personable, do quality work, and have reasonable prices. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
