Victor and Smart Roof was one of three estimates that we had before going with Smart Roof. We felt that his analysis of our roof was honest and professional and we felt comfortable moving forward with this company. It was also the best quote of the three! Vitaliy was wonderful to work with! He came out right away to measure for our replacement doorwall and had it ordered that day! After a quicker than expected delivery- he had it installed that week! Victor of Smart roof completed a project for us this week. He took out the dining room window and replaced it with an Anderson sliding glass door to our new elevated deck. This company I would highly recommend. He did everything he said he would do and in the end the job was done perfect to every detail.

Viktor and his crew were amazing! They installed a new doorwall and kitchen window for us and I couldn't be more happy with the results. They cleaned up their mess as if they were never hear, they are all very polite, if I had questions Viktor explained in a way that was very easy to understand. Home run from start to finish: Vitaliy is awesome to work with. He did explain every detail and he did quote our new roof very reasonable. I got quotes from other companies with similar/same content for a much higher price. The work was done within a day, the crew took vey good protective measurements of our house. The front lawn and backyard looks like nothing happened. Time will tell but i have no doubts about the quality given+everything comes with a good warranty package. If you need a new roof, don't look further!

We hired them to install a new sliding door out to our deck. They came to do an estimate the day we called. They were very specific about the time needed to get the door in. Also, our door is an odd shape so they clearly explained how they would manipulate that. The install took about four hours and they were right on time. We would certainly suggest them.

The Smart Roof team came out and installed an Andersen doorwall and a limestone sill. Everything came out perfect. They are polite and very respectfull. They also explaned everything we needed to know about the care and useage. We recomend them highly!

The estimator, Brandon, was very knowledgable. He was on the the roof, inspected the chimney, then went thru the crawly hole into the attic. He was the only one that did all that. One estimator didn't even go up on the roof! Brandon explained the products they used and exactly what they do and why they use them. They were a tad more expensive by about $500. But the attention to detail and the better products offered made up for it.

When the day came to do the roof, they were very organized and laid tarps and boards against the windows to keep them safe while tearing off the old roof. It also kept the old roof from getting into the lawn and bushes. It turned into a 3 day job so they covered the roof before leaving in case it rained. Which was very lucky for us because it poured that night.

The job was finished in 3 days. The yard was clean, no nails to be found in the ground. Also, their vehicle had an oil leak and they made sure to put a mat down so it wouldn't stain. And that was when they were parked on the road, not my driveway!

Everyone was very courteous and polite. And the roof turned out great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at the right price!

I tried all the 1-800 numbers and jingles I had memorized. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME doing this like I did. Smart Roof provided me the roof I NEEDED within my budget. I was respected and not just sold. Smart Roof is going to put these over-priced over-advertised jingle companies on notice. I referred Smart Roof to my dad. Smart Roof is the way*_*

We had several sales people out to look at our roof in Taylor. Most were pushy and condescending because of the condition it was in, and probably our neighborhood. Finally we called Smart Roof and I’m so happy we did. The salesman was professional and answered all of our questions. They use high quality lifetime warranties materials which he showed me.

We were so comfortable we moved forward with the roof. The installers were on time, and extremely professional. The roof looks amazing and the clean up was great! I’m so happy to finally have it done, and never have to worry about it again.

After seeing the job they did with the roof, we decided to have them do the windows as well. We had the exact same experience with the install and clean up, the windows look and work great and it’s such a relief to not have to put plastic up this winter!
