This was an impressive experience from start to finish: Zac, the project manager, appeared when he said he would. The estimate was reasonable and the work has come in very close to that number (in a good way). The work was performed correctly and without drama----almost unique in dealing with contractors, in my experience. I am happily recommending Smart to friends and neighbors. In addition, the office staff was terrific about returning calls, and has been wonderfully professional in the way billing is handled.
