Small Time Construction

They came to our rescue after being taken advantage of by another contractor and they did an awesome job. We couldn’t be happier with our custom cabinets, floors, new fire place. Highly recommend.

Scot and his crew just did just completed my roof before the latest torrential rain hit. They tore off the old, re-papered, new boots, ridge vents, removed old turbine and power vent, repaired some decking and installed 48 squares in a 24 period. Left everything very tidy.

As other posters have said the communication channel stays open.

Scott has done several projects at our home over the last couple of weeks. We're very happy with the work he and his team have done for us. He's a good communicator and keeps you informed of the schedule and progress. They also do a good job of cleaning up the work site before they leave each day. We'll be using Scott again for other projects in the near future.
I have no reservations about recommending Small Time Construction for any type of home renovation project, big or small.
