Working with Austin and his team was a breeze. They were detailed, organized, and very communicative. Our old house had a lot of surprises, but they shared photos and kept me updated the entire time. They also worked with us and were transparent on price. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I'd recommend them for sure.

Alden and his team did a great job installing a new roof for us. Balancing the weather and a short time frame from us they did a beautiful job of respecting our property, giving us a great new roof and leaving our yard cleaner than it was when they arrived. They literally picked up a few branches that had fallen from some wind a few days before they got here. The funniest thing about the two days they were here was having a competitor repeatedly drive by to stop and stare. Perhaps that company learned a few things...

We noticed a leak near one of the bathroom ceiling vents. After a quick google search, I chose SlopePro to come take a look. Within 24 hours, Amber was at the house with her drone to assess the issue and determined that the leak was caused by worn out gaskets arount the bathroom vents. She provided a fair estimate immediately and within 48 hours, the work was completed. The guys who did the repairs were friendly, professional, and everything was cleaned up when they left. Not only did they replace the gaskets, but also the entire boot around each vent. Definately went above and beyond. I'd highly recommend these folks. We had an excellent experience from start to finish with SlopePro. Austin came to our home and did a thorough inspection of our roof. He then walked us through the entire roof replacement process, presented us with options and competitive pricing. Once we agreed to hire SlopePro, Austin set expectations that, frankly, I didn’t believe they could meet. I was wrong. Ariel and his crew did everything that Austin said they would, and then some. Wish I could give a higher rating than 5 stars. Where to begin . . . SlopePro was assigned to our home for an inspection by our solar company due to a leaking porch roof. We had been in a contested battle with our solar company for almost 2 years and SlopePro entered into a messy and complicated situation when they agreed to work with us and the solar company to a mutually agreeable outcome. That meant that SlopePro's crew dropped what they were doing in order to replace our porch roof once the solar panels had been removed. And then come back to work with the solar company to re-install the panels on the new roof. Making sure the installation did not compromise the roof this time around. We wanted the "gold standard" when repairing our porch roof after 2 years of leaks that required some of the plywood under the shingles to also be replaced due to mold and rot. If you want your roof done right, this is the company you want. Hands down professional and when they are done, you will never know they were there, the clean-up is that good. They are amazing! We had a full replacement from metal to shingle on a house build in 1928. (Loads of rotten wood!) Austin was patient, helpful and beyond great when it came to answering all of my questions. His communication is top notch and that's even with a major holiday falling on our scheduling days. The actual team Aaron and Ariel were great. They are fast, efficient and very sweet. They even humored my son when he HAD to bring them all coffee and doughnuts first thing in the morning. Our house required a new roof but before the roof could be replaced our front porch needed structural repairs, rafters needed replacing. Before we called SlopePro we had multiple roofers come out and not one wanted to do the front porch repairs, they all said it was beyond their skill level, in addition we wanted blue shingles to match garage and shed roofs and they all said, "well if we can get them, but you might have to go with a different color if blue is not available.

Justin was our first contact with SlopePro, and when he saw what was involved with the front porch repairs he had Alden come out to take a look. Alden said, "we can fix that, no problem!" and when I said I would like blue shingles Alden said might take a bit longer to get blue in but I can definitely do blue shingles for you.

They all did a terrific job, very attentive, followed up on any of our questions, we can't say enough good about Justin, Alden, Aaron, Henry and crew. We have another roof that will need replacement and look forward to working with everyone at SlopePro again.

Henry inspected my roof & discovered that one of the 3 plumbing pipes in attic were cause of yellow water stains in bedroom ceiling. A Couple of other roof companies said I needed new roof but failed to see the wear of caulking around one of the pipes. Henry found cause & scheduled a date following week to replace all 3 pipes & placed new tubing over pipes to keep water from entering into attic again. Henry was professional, courteous, knowledgeable & friendly.

SlopePro replaced our 130 year old metal roof with a new metal roof. They were friendly, very responsive, and worked incredibly hard. Throughout the process, they always responded to my emails (even late nights on the weekends) and kept me updated on the status of everything. The team that worked on the roof had some of the most incredible work ethic I have ever seen. They showed up early and worked late through 100 degree weather for almost two weeks. The new roof looks amazing and they didn't skimp on any details. When they were done, they left everything clean.

Slopepro recently replaced the roof on our 112-year-old house in the Fan with a new metal roof, installed two skylights and a man-hatch, repaired the slate on the mansard, and installed new copper flashing and downspouts. Zack, Aaron, and crew were professional and responsive during the three weeks of work. I had one concern about an integrated gutter at the end of the project but Zack and Alden, the company president, were responsive and assured me that I had no reason for concern. I am confident that if I do have a problem, the company will stand behind their work. I look forward to many decades of protection from our new roof.

I had a roofing job done by another firm in Richmond, probably 12 years ago. I started getting leaks around my plumbing vent pipes and my bathroom ventilator exhaust. This was because they left the old flashing and fixtures. The firm that did my roof, twelve years ago, charged me 400 bucks to repair, then I had another leak and they estimated another 400 dollars more. This was all because of stuff they did not replace when re-roofing. They told me that they did not usually replace stuff like that unless the owner asks them to.

I attempted to work with them, and they were not responsive, so I called Slope Pro. The rep was pleasant/professional enough. He came back with two estimates - one that should be good for the next 15 years and the other for the next 30. He also pointed out that my chimney flashing needed some attention, so he had an order to fix that too.

I selected the 15 year estimate. They came out and fixed it for me.

This work was done a few months ago. I waited to do the review to see if my problems were fixed and they were - so I reviewed.

I would recommend Slope Pro. If I am in this house in 15 years, and my roof needs to be replaced, I will call them.
