Please read til the end!!! My parents had their roof replaced in 2016. Every time it rained, there was water dripping from the bathroom vents. We reached to the original company that completed our roof, and they refused to come out and resolve the issue(s).
I called a few different companies to get estimates on the repair for the roof and SlopePro Roofing was one of them. Derrick (Project Manager), who came out and inspected our roof informed us that we could get a repair, but we will have to redo our whole roof in -5 years. The other companies tried to scam us and stated we needed our roof redone ASAP. Derrick was honest, understanding, and upfront.
The service from the initiate visit to the completion of the job was 100% customer satisfaction. Derrick took the time to explain everything to me and my parents. He did not try to upsell or pressure my parents into getting a new roof, but rather the facts (repairs vs replacement). Sent over the estimates (repair vs replacement) and had 3 levels of options to choose from.
We ended up replacing our whole roof because it made more sense and the prices are very affordable. We ran into a slight hiccup on the day of, but Derrick stayed in communication at all times and answered each and every question we had. The issue was resolved within minutes, and my father is extremely pleased with our new roof.
